The service wasn't good yesterday when I checked via the application, there was already proof of reservation and it had been registered, and I went straight to the hotel, the receptionist said it was OK if I had received it from their computer system, when I wanted to check in on the day I was told the room was full, and I In the end I couldn't get a room even though I had already paid but the owner had to pay in cash, while the owner didn't explain that I had to pay in cash!!!!

The photos are outdated, and I wish I could give less than one star. The room smelled like cigarettes, and it was dirty, including the bathroom. I only booked one night, and I couldn't sleep due to dust and allergies. The pool was closed and dirty, with no lights on the stairs. Don't trust the photos

Horrible ! To flee!We arrive at 7 p.m., no one at reception, having to call 2 WhatsApp numbers before anyone comes. We are greeted by a very condescending gentleman who gives us the room key and shows us the floor.. no help from him, not even a hello!Arrived in the room, the horror: in 2 seconds our feet were completely black, the bathroom mat is already used, hair everywhere, shower walls not cleaned, no water in the tap, toothpaste in the sink. The worst part was the cupboard under the sink…unsanitary!We ask for someone to clean our room or change rooms, the gentleman comes with a paint brush full of bleach and "cleans" the sink (🤔) and tells me that I can smell the bath mat that It's brand new... even though it's stained with dirt on it.Let's not even talk about the state of the swimming pool, cloudy and unmaintained water!We have traveled all over Asia and are used to inexpensive places and did not expect great luxury, but this was a total lack of respect for customers!We want to leave, no refund possible because the owner is not there, no help from agoda, useless! We met another gentleman later at the reception to ask for a refund, impossible since he was very busy playing video games!

A 3-star(?) hotel that doesn’t even deserve a single star. A 3-star hotel worse than a hostel with the lowest price of 3,000 won. Reception is always empty. This is the first hotel where I took it for granted that hot water was not provided, whether it was a shower or a faucet. Very difficult to check in. In Kuta, all hotels under 15,000 won with a swimming pool are doing strange business, but this 3-star hotel is the best. Reservation cancellations are also set to not be 100% refundable, so there is absolutely no refund. Agoda customer service also did not respond at all. If you choose Indonesia (including Bali) as your travel destination, you will have to go through all the hassle from entry to Vienna, so just skip it. A troublesome country, a troublesome administration, a troublesome Kuta Beach Hotel. This is the only country I want to escape to quickly.

I stayed here after Murray Wilkinson did a quick youtube vid on it and it seemed ok , it can be got for 20 bucks a night if you haggle and thats about its value , a lovely hotel and well located with a small pool but due to is lack of maintance over the years it isnt like the photos , however clean there is very little security and random people party by the pool regularly, it can be very noisy and reception isn't always manned , its close to everything in legian and has a mart and money changer at the entrance which is handy , there are no TV in the rooms or safes and only cold water from the showers which is OK depending on your budget and needs , definitely worth a night or two to get your bearings but don't leave valuables in your room and bring ear plugs .Choi and sindy are the people you need to talk too to get a good deal , katut is the local lady at the reception ... Murrays mates that do the sim cards are 5 mins away too , turn right leaving then turn right at the main road and there on the right ... 😉👍 enjoy .

3 star hotel but the facilities are not clear, there are no toiletries provided, the mattress is dirty, the hotel water suddenly turns off and the lights in the bathroom are off. To the receptionist there was no one on the phone instead they said he wasn't the one guarding it, was the swimming pool dirty? It's been cleaned until the water is really dirty, the location is good near Legian and Kuta beaches, but the parking area is small, there's no place for a car

202308I wonder if it was closed?2018It's a good and cheap hotel considering the price. It is a cheap hotel that costs about Rp. 360,000 for one night and one room including breakfast. The location is about 5 minutes walk to the split gate of Legian Beach and 2 minutes from the Mercure Hotel intersection on Legian Road. In terms of location, it's somewhere between Bemo Corner and former JL Double Six. The pool in front of the lobby has a nice atmosphere both morning and night. The staff are all friendly.For breakfast, you can choose from American, Continental, or Indonesian. Coffee and juice are also included. Wifi is also available. We also provide transportation to the airport for a fee. The towels will be replaced with new ones during cleaning. Mineral water was also placed in the room. The shower and toilet are in the same place, but the shower is surrounded by glass so there was no chance of water flooding around the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was relatively strong even with hot water, so it was comfortable. It is best to bring your own shampoo and soap. The downside is that the walls in the room are thin like other cheap hotels. You can even hear the conversation next door. People who are sensitive to noise should have earplugs.20190611 Added:The other day, when a friend stayed with me, the pool was cloudy and I couldn't use it during my stay, so I had to do some maintenance on the day I returned.
