We booked Artemis on a hours noticed in Septemberthey walked us thru all the options which were all so nice you can't really go wrong with any of themwe stayed in the apartments they were huge and beautifulthe pool area is perfect the staff are very accommodating and helpful the chef is a top bloke great person and some really good breakfast and lunch with cold beers ready to gothe whole place is so quiet for somewhere in the middle of Seminyak would definitely recommend and book againthanks for the stay Artemis villasJackson and Paris

The old room quality is very bad. The TV cannot connect to the internet or watch Netflix. The tap water is salty or possibly contaminated. When I reported this issue, the manager replied that no one complained about the salty tap water, they were irresponsible in handling their mistake. Everyone should think carefully before renting a room here. Someone should call the relevant authorities to investigate this hotel.

The Hotel is close to the energy of Seminyak but far enough away from the buzz of night light to enjoy a peace sleep. It is less than 5 minutes away from the main drag and a 10 minute walk from the beach.||The rooms(villas) are large as are the beds, very acceptable. A little attention to detail and maintenance needed.||Recommended

Walking distance from the beach of Seminyak. Close to the bars and restaurants of Seminyak. But Very quiet place. And wonderful environment, beautiful rooms, great staff so nice and kind, the swimming pool is beautiful.

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall I was very disappointed. The room I received was unacceptable: the air conditioning didn't work and there was clearly visible mold on the walls. This made the stay extremely unpleasant and unreasonable.Additionally, customer service was poor. My complaints were not taken seriously and there was no satisfactory solution. Despite these problems, I was not accommodated.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It needs a thorough overhaul and better management to ensure guests have a comfortable and safe stay. I strongly advise against staying here until these issues are resolved.

I booked at the last minute after cancelling a booking elsewhere - and I was very pleased with that decision. As the room was ready, the kind staff at reception let me check-in early. The room was private and spacious with a beautiful pitched roof. While the bathroom could be updated, it was very clean and well maintained.

It looked great when you first walk in very clean and tidy But the rooms were exceptionally hot air conditioning didn't work properly the fans were noisy the bed was the worst I've ever had in anywhere in Asia and they're all pretty bloody bad but this was shocking I did not get any sleep between a stinking hot room and the lousy bed so much so that it 3.30am I gave up packed my bag and left definitely would never go back

The staff were lovely and helpful.
The massive bed was hard as concrete and I could feel the springs.
A call had to be made to ask for which thickness pillows you wanted though.
The shower pressure was very weak and the water quality was more questionable than usual.

A hotel I don't want to stay at again.・The curtains are full of mold.-Salt water in the shower. I feel uncomfortable after taking a shower. When brushing your teeth, you need to draw water from the tank.When I told the hotel staff that the tap water tasted strange and felt like salt water, they replied that it was normal since Bali is so close to the sea.However, when I asked both locals and foreigners who have lived in Bali for a long time, they all said that salt water showers were a thing of the past and had never been heard of recently. I think it's just bad equipment or lack of running water, but they're making fun of customers by using the excuse that the showers are salt water because they're so close to the ocean.・We stayed in a villa, but the shower and toilet were half outside. Lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches come in. I took a photo of the cockroach that was in the room, but I refrain from posting it here.I was told that the bed sheets would only be changed once every 3 days, but there were dust mites. The curtains were full of mold, so dust mites and cockroaches would naturally coexist.・I was told that the room had been cleaned, but the floor was so rough and dirty that I had no choice but to wear my shoes inside the room.-The dishes in the cupboard looked like they hadn't been used for years and were very dirty.The dishwashing sponge in the kitchen was worn out and dirty.If you use dishes or cutlery, be sure to wash them before use. However, since tap water is salt water, it must be flushed away with water from the tank.・The people who come to clean the house come in without any greetings and start cleaning, which can be surprising. No cleaner greets them even if they make eye contact.・Towels smell so bad that it burns your nose. We were provided with smelly towels from the first day to the last. My body smells all day after I wipe it with a towel. The owner should definitely take a shower in the villa and use a towel.I thought the towels were smelly because of the salt water shower, but I think they were washing old towels in a moldy washing machine. You won't be able to get rid of the odor unless you disinfect the towel by soaking it in boiling water or soaking it in OxiClean. Also, you should change your laundry company.-If you have stayed at this hotel, please put all fabric items in the dryer on high heat when you get home, to avoid bringing insects and insect eggs into your home.The only good thing is the location.Also, the juice made by Mr. Juice at breakfast at the poolside cafe was very delicious! We recommend mixed juice or watermelon juice. The pineapple was sometimes too sour, so it's for people who like sour.

We enjoyed our time very much at Artemis, it was clean, spacious and quiet. The pools are fantastic, both the hotel pool and the villa pool. The room air cons are icy cold. As a family, we very much enjoyed our time here.
