Great hotel! At the airport the transfer attendant waited for me for two hours due to a delay. Stay was great. At breakfast you can choose from six options. Which is neatly placed on your table, delicious.

Lovely little family run hotel get value for money! Very central to everything I’m fussy and I really enjoyed my time a Jepun will book again! There was so many people staying there that come every year it’s not 5 star but it has a beautiful vibe about it!

In this modern age, bath and shampoo are standard inclusion for a hotel, and sadly it wasn't offered. At least have a vending machine in the future. The towels are very very old. Breakfast and service is the only excellent experience for us. And by the way, there isn't enough hair dryer to share among the rooms.

We had to change the room because the air conditioning couldn't handle it, it was too hot, but in my friend's room the air conditioning couldn't be turned off and it got cold at night :) you can choose one of 4 types of dishes for breakfast. You can eat quite a lot, unless you choose pancakes, then probably not. Anyway, the food I ate was definitely better. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the airport. Cool pool.

The structure is located in a fairly central point of Kuta, but fortunately being in an internal street you can't hear all the traffic. The swimming pool is very nice and well looked after, the internal park is also very relaxing. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. The rooms are nice, while the bathroom needs some improvement in terms of sanitary fixtures and cleanliness. The staff is very helpful and speaks English quite well.
