When you first entered, the atmosphere was really scary. Came to the lobby and waited until the receptionist didn't come for 20 minutes. When I entered the room it smelled really musty, the door was broken and couldn't be locked, the water was really small, the bathroom was dirty... it was a waste... the smell was extraordinary. The intention was that it would be 3 nights so it would be 1 night. Even that only takes 6 hours of room to sleep at night. 2 x cencel this hotel. I don't really recommend it

I had to book a room last minute due to my booking at another hotel being suddenly cancelled. Please do not make the same mistake I did by believing the photos on booking websites/good reviews/ratings and booking without seeing the place in person first.This place is a total HEALTH HAZARD and the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.I had an allergic reaction and started itching all over my body shortly after entering the room and was sick and nauseous for the next few days. I had to cancel all my plans and stay in until I got my health back. It is not worth risking your health even for the cheap price!!The room was filthy. (photos attached)Dead bugs, live bugs, mold, dust, stains everywhere. The sink and bathroom was a nightmare and the sink faucet had moss coming out of it, the shower head was rusty with dried up white mold covering it. Even the toilet paper had stains on it and drawers had rubbish in them from I don’t even know how long ago… I requested another room but they couldn’t give me one. I wanted to leave immediately but couldn’t find another accommodation due to it being late at night. I was too nauseous and terrified to touch anything, eat my takeout food, shower, or sleep and even breath deeply in the room and went to sit on the chair outside the room many times because it felt safer. I couldn’t help but cry at the situation. It was that bad. Anxiety throughout the night.The only positive was the staff were good people. They were willing to help change a dead light bulb in my room and after knowing about my allergic reaction, they changed the bed sheets although it didn’t make a difference. It’s just a shame that the condition of the place is too horrible that even the staffs friendly attitudes can’t even make up for it. And it hurts to have to write such a negative review but I hope it’ll give some insight to others considering to book a stay.

Nearly impossible for us to find at night. One very tiny sign, hotel is hidden well. Since we could not check in until 02:00 we were offered a 13:30 checkout. Suddenly at 11:55 we were kicked out unprepared. Entire common areas including (dirty pond/sad excuse for pool) are in very bad shape. Rooms are barely passable. Bathroom is icky. Bad lighting. Only plus is very close to airport and price but sadly a depressing place, not even worth the cheap price

Cheap and strategic accommodation because it is very close to the airport and the Kuta area. If you really want to save money, really, you can walk from the airport to here 🤣The place is small, but quite clean and comfortable for resting, even though it is close to the main road, it is not noisy. There is also a refrigerator, there is a bathtub, a water heater, wow, it's complete. If you want to swim, there is also a swimming pool.Tired of looking for entertainment? Just cross to Lippo Mall 🤣If you don't want to go to the mall, you can take a walk to German Beach.If you want to rent a motorbike, they also provide motorbikes, so it's easy.BTW, parking is only available for motorbikes, if you want to park a car, ask the receptionist first.If possible, the receptionist is always on standby 24 hours, sometimes it's hard to find someone if you want to check in/out or there are other problems 😅😅

Unpleasant experience in this place, ants in the bathroom, bad smell in the bedroom, I left after check in.

The location is good, really strategic near everywhere in the Kuta area. Overall the room is clean, the AC is cold, the TV operates smoothly, the wifi is also good, the staff is also friendly and helpful. Overall recommended for those who want to stay here for the price

My girlfriend and I booked the hotel from January 29th to February 11th.We arrived there at night and left the same night.The hygienic conditions in this hotel are subpar.There were traces of feces and pubic hair on the bed.After 5 minutes we decided that we would change hotels.It's really unbelievable how you can offer something like that.

It was simply disgusting, a horrible bathroom, the sheets and pillows smelled bad, the pillow had a horrible onion smell, you could tell that they had not changed it after the previous guest, a lot of humidity, we spent 1 hour waiting at reception and no one attended to us, just the The place was disgusting, at night we couldn't sleep because the guest next to us kept vomiting and you could hear it, in general you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms and outside too.
