Stayed 5 days at this hotel, the location is very strategic where you want to go, close by and next to the hotel there is a Muslim food stall, in my opinion this is very helpfulAs for the room, it's standard, only stayed 5 days, it looks like my glasses weren't replaced at all, for ignorant people it seems like I'm fine, but for others it might be a different storyBreakfast is quite delicious and the menu keeps changing every dayWhat impressed me the most was that all the staff were very friendly, no matter what time, they would definitely greet you with a smile, if I were to go to Bali again I would stay here again.

the location is strategic, close to Kuta beach (about 15 minutes walk), in front of the hotel there is also a mini market and next to the hotel there is a bar for hanging out, the room service is quite good, the only minus is the building which may need to be repaired, the receptionist service is good, friendly , smiling, her name is Sis Arica, next time I go to Bali, maybe I will come back to this hotel.

Choosing Amaris Kuta because I thought it was still under Santika Indonesia and that the service would be the same but it turned out NOT AT ALL. When we arrived, security didn't help with lifting the goods, instead he was busy chatting with the driver. When checking in, I reminded the receptionist to use the car to Gianyar, the price and details would be informed again after tomorrow's use by the PKB group (whether true or not) until the next day they were not notified. Hot water in the sink doesn't work, exhouse is off. When I returned from buying goods and wanted to leave the goods, the FO was not there, I had to call 10 times then security went to the FO desk and asked what I wanted, even though the FO was in the room behind the FO desk. I wanted to leave my luggage, so it wouldn't be a hassle when checking out from the room tomorrow, he said it couldn't be done, you had to just take it to your room. (Then what is the function of a tagging card). I understand that they are currently handling the Chinese group (because at breakfast the two tables behind me were Mandarin speaking ladies and gentlemen), so if you want to have a full meal you can do it at 5-6 in the morning except for the omlet. I got off at half past 6, and the information said there would only be omlets at 7 because the station person only arrived at 6. I returned to @xpress at 7 in the morning, there were still no omlets, I had to request twice before they were served. Mr. Eka, who came to give me the omlet, saw me while I was eating bread and drinking tea. I asked him to get the sauce for the omlet because I was eating, the answer was that I could get it myself. Even though the @xpress position was not crowded, there were only 3 tables including me. What an unpleasant experience while staying here. The only staff who smiled at me was Miss Mira. Hopefully management can review the hospitality performance at this hotel.

I just stayed here and my experience was very satisfying. From check-in to check-out, the service provided was very professional and friendly. Went there in high season during school holidays, the room conditions were dirty, like they weren't maintained, lots of sand and mold. After being out all day when I came home the room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. And on the 4th floor it was very noisy like in a factory, couldn't sleep until morning, asked to change rooms, the lady was curt and said it was full, even though there were lots of people checking out.

Amazing!! This is truly an amazing experiences.as a member of mysantika, this stay has been an amazing experiences for me and my colleagues. Amaris is known for chain of clean and tidy hotels with complementary breakfast who offer value for money. Stay at Amaris Tebet or Mampang for many business trips, nothing beats stay at Amaris Kuta.access road: very very narrow, almost impossible for our driver to reach this place.reception: no smoking rooms. no smoking at hotel, even. whereas in Jakarta, I always got smoking rooms.internet wifi: only available if you standing in your room's door.room cleanliness: icing on the cake. the picture attached on this review didn't do justice. as if the sheets never seen a laundry machine. can't be bothered to call and asked for replacement since already past midnight and too tired from all the meetings.breakfast: apparently you must pay extra for breakfast. not included in room rates. maybe this one's my bad for not diligently check the t&c while booking. but I always get free breakfast for 2 in Tebet or Mampang.room service: soap dispenser running out soap. called room service in the morning 3 times for a refill. at least I don't have to make the fourth call. oh well, 20 minutes or so well spent for patience training....pool: i thought it was a fish pond without any fish!!!

The hotel is small, parking space is also very limited, the rooms are also small, but the room facilities such as TV and hot water in the shower function even though it is not too hot and even though the TV picture is also not very clear, aka there are still lots of ants and there is no cable TV.
