The wonton noodles at this restaurant are so delicious.
I ate them every day. That's how good they are. I highly recommend you try them.

The room was nice and clean. There was a big cockroach and mosquitoes in my room (3 floor). This hotel is located not so far from the square centre, but noise from the construction.

We were here with my daughter, we were very happy with the attention, the cleanliness, the comfort, the tranquility that the owners transmit next door, they have their restaurant 100% recommended. We are all sad to leave our Hotel and to the owners, the attention has been a 10 /10I felt bad, he immediately made me a tea and what he didn't want to do was charge me and not only this, in the restaurant I wanted a dessert and they gave me one that his daughter had prepared in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day, it was delicious 😋

Excellent location- 3 minutes walking distance from Night Market, Friday morning market, Masjid Hidayatullah and Khao Khai Islam food shop. Highly recommended location for Muslim people.Excellent service.Reasonable price.The owner lady is very friendly and supportive.

I really enjoyed my stay. The owner is very friendly, the neighborhood and street are charming. It’s a good value, it feels off the beaten path. I enjoyed feeling like I was closer to normal life here, than inside the wall.Minus one star bc of a few quirks. The windows are via the bathroom and ‘closet room. The other windows face the hallway which has a light on in the night for safety which did not disturb my sleep. I was with my mom whose mobility impaired and the tiles were hard for her to walk on.All in all, I would return to this humble and lovely stay. Thank you for having us.

This is a nice little hotel, close to the action, with a friendly staff. Small and quiet, and okay for a few days near the night market. I am not sure I would call it a bed and breakfast. There is a cafe in front with great food; but not really included in the stay.Room: room size is okay for one person, but on the smaller size. The bed was okay, with simple furniture. Had all I needed as a solo, but may be a little small for a couple. There was a small desk in the room, fridge, and hot pot. No closet area, but there was a small shelf with a hanging bar and a couple of hangers. The room did not have a window to the outside. There is a large window next to the doot, but looks out to the hall and across from another room. It is not likely it would be used as a window.Bathroom: Inside the room, there were two doors. One lead to a small room with a large screened window (covered) and a sink. The other door lead to a small toilet and shower room. The water was hot and pressure was okay; on the smaller side but functional.TV/Internet: The TV was okay, flat screen mounted on the wall. The standard Thai channels with few English stations. I could not use the HDMI port for a Firestick; not sure why, but unlike most hotels it was unusable. The internet was okay; speed was moderate, and I had only minimal problems working online and accessing the net.Location: This is where it shines. The location is great. It is close to the downtown night market and nightlife, just across the street and a block away. There are a couple of small restaurants and bars close by, with more starting a couple of blocks away. You can get to what is needed by walking easily, but the hotel is also set back a bit so it is a quiet escape.Facilities: budget hotel with all the basics. There is scooter parking; it did not appear that there was space for cars, but unsure. The hotel will take care of your laundry for a small fee, it was great, the the owner speaks English and is very nice and supportive. The rooms are somewhat close together, it is more like a hostel with private rooms. Still was quiet for the most part and I did not experience any problems in the couple of days I stayed.Overall it was a nice stay. I see this as a budget hotel in a good location, but few amenities beyond the basics. My rate was in the 500 Baht range, and really it was more about proximity to the area than the room itself.

Price, quality excellent. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Everything within walking distance. The room is sufficient. Not very big but everything you need is there. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional 100 THB. You can order day tours and bus tickets here.

A small central guest house run by a friendly owner near to the night market in Chiang Mai on 3 floors with condos to rent by the day week etc All have air con TV and showers There is a separate cafe where breakfast is available for a small charge

The parking lot is a little far from the school.The room is not very spacious but comfortable. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a water heater.(Use us to win)

Kind and friendly stuff, good breakfast and service. The room was cheap but small. The windows turned out towards a little typical calm, thai city road, but a bigger road fronted the hotel café where you hade your breakfast. Recommended for two or three nights. The hotel is good situated close to Mae river, and around 500 m from The Wall.
