Not a bad hotel, but not worthy of 5 stars. The food is too simple and quite expensive.You definitely need a bike, there is nothing within walking distance

Very quiet and very nice new hotel. They have 2 restaurants, the breakfast includes a menu from which you choose what you want to eat + there is a buffet with pastries, fresh fruits, fresh juices, water, milk, cereals. The pool and the view is amazing, they also have a funicular which you can use to go down to the pool or use it when you come back up to the ground floor. The ground floor is the highest point, the rooms are below the GF, L1 to L3 but still they are on high ground each having a nice view. The staff is also very friendly and helpful always.The price/quality ratio is amazing as this is a new hotel which was opened in February 2023.You won’t wanna leave the resort anymore :)

Beautiful infinity pool, quiet area, mornings are beautiful. Waking up to the sounds of nature are priceless, for one office staff was extremely helpful, overall a very good place in Ubud.Rent motorcycles to go around, as online taxis are not allowed in this area. We went to rice terraces, Tirta pool and coffee plantationsWe also tried Mount Batur jeep ride and ATV ride

Honestly very far from a 5* hotel! Looks nice on the first look but actually it’s very run down, renovations are really needed, dirt and broken stuff left and right next to “main polished alleys”! Rooms with chemical smell, not too big, super small balcony. Literally every sofa chair was disgustingly dirty… I don’t understand why they don’t change that 🫣. Easy and quick wins with a huge impact! Breakfast selection from a set menu which was quite good, but flies on the fruit at the buffet, super dry breakfast rolls… definitely room for improvement! They offer free shuttle service to/from Ubud, but you only find out once there (so had to take a taxi… would have been nice if this was communicated beforehand, would have saved 100k!). Also needs 20min to get to ubud, something to consider. Quite off. Pool was really nice though, probably the best part of this hotel!

Pros:Views from the rooms and infinity pool of the jungle and sunset were incredible.Infinity pool is very long and has plenty of poolside seating.Staff were excellentThere is a free shuttle that brings you in and back from Ubud center (takes about 30mins each way with traffic)You get a photography session from the hotel (1 free photo and then can purchase more).Cons:The consistency in the food and drink quality was not there and generally overpriced and poor quality.The humidity is next level. We had to empty the dehumidifier multiple times a day and it made the linens feel damp and the room smell odd.The shuttle only starts at 11, so you're a little stuck or have to get a driver if you want to explore in the morning.Couldn't get streaming working on the TV and mostly just Indonesian cable.The gym is outdoors which is basically unusable given the heat and humidity.They seem to allow smoking at the pool and in the lobby which was unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect and is located just a little outside of the center of Ubud, making it easily accessible while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The views of the surrounding nature are absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved our stay at the resort. The room and the resort was so neat, the place was very peaceful and the staff were so kind, helpful and made our stay so special! Loved the breakfast, specially the soup that was served every morning. Delpi and Terry were just the best along with everyone else and it was great to see them working so hard to help everyone! Loved the pool and the location too. Thanks for making our stay perfect!
