The price is good. The hotel position is in centre of Chiangmai however it is quite old and has only some guests. At the 4th floor, we also can hear the sound of mouses. A lot of mouse. Ao scare, but anyway, when we complained, they changed the room for us.It’s better but not too good.

Very bad, the worst, clearly a scammer. Booked online and already deducted the money from our card. Press to cancel the reservation. Find out that payment is over time Requesting a refund is very difficult. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten my money back. Unable to contact I really feel bad. For 2-3000 baht, other people also suffer. It's really disgusting. I saw in the reviews that many people were hurt. Worst since booking the hotel. Take advantage of customers like this. May you be happy with the curse.

OK, the reception ist came and WE could get into our rooms (3rd floor without elevator). The hotel hast the rustical charme of the wooden houses in the mountains. And it smells like insants. The rooms are spacey and the bathroom has got a bathtab.It is located in the centre of the old City of Chiang Mai.

I made the reservation with Booking and I had no problem.Perfect location to visit important temples and not so far from the Central River, you can get around by public transportation (red vans). Many restaurants around for breakfast, lunch or dinner at a good price. We were on the second floor so we didn't experience any noise at night.Comfortable room, with the basics to stop the night, there are no extras or luxuries, what you pay for is what you get and it seems fair to me.The small hotel is operated by only one person, some days there were two people, I am surprised that they can manage so many rooms and always have a good attitude, they complain that they do not speak English, in my opinion I do not expect to go to foreign countries and that the people speak my language or English, I think that one adapts to the situations, plus the girl always tries to assist you and make herself understood with the translator.If you arrive very early or after 5 p.m. you will find it closed because it is a person, you must dial the number on the door so they can come to receive you or wait. And if you arrive after 8 p.m. you must let them know so they can be on the lookout.Regarding the fact that they do not respect your reservation, we had to see a sign and several people with reservations through the OYO platform rejected because the platform's contract with the Hotel expired, it is not the problem of the girl who serves, it is the platform, be careful if you make a reservation through them.He allowed us to leave our suitcases on the day of check out to go for a walk.Attention to people with reduced mobility or problems carrying heavy things on their backs, there is no elevator and any room will have to go up at least one floor with everything and suitcases.We chose this hotel, in addition to the location because it had a good WiFi score and my husband works online, it was terrible for us, it disconnected and was not fast at all, if you only used it for recreation it is Perfect.

Horrible experience! We arrived at 11 pm and were met with a note saying their contract with OYO had expired and to go stay elsewhere.They provided us with phone numbers that they didn’t even answer. A very frustrating situation to be in. Do not recommend!

According to the reception, the hotel has ended its cooperation with Booking. Despite a confirmed booking, no room was available for us.The lady at the reception didn't speak a word of English. Therefore, further communication about an alternative hotel recommendation was pointless. When we arrived, there were several people sitting in the lobby and outside in the reception area because the same thing happened to them.

DO NOT BOOK HEREafter 20 hours of traveling from Indonesia we showed up at the property at 11:30PM, the place was locked and dark with this sign on the front. We spent an hour walking around with all our stuff looking for another hotel and they were all full. We ended up taking a car 20 minutes outside the city to find somewhere else.

Very bad experience with this hotel, I booked through booking and when I arrived they told me that they did not have a contract, they left me on the street without any explanation and any type of help to solve the problem! Very poor staff disposition and no one took charge. It was a scam and neither the hotel nor booking returned my money.

We booked ahead of time. Having to ride Train 7, we arrived at the hotel at almost 8pm, only to be met by a note from the management saying we should call Oyo and get a refund.At this time there was only one staff member left and she was about to go home. She was nice, but she couldn't help us.This hotel may be good. But this is our experience. I'm now stuck outside looking for a place to stay.
