Really very very good hotel. Well located, not far from the square (old city center) and the night bazaar. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern. Having water and snacks available all day is a real plus, we feel the intention to please customers. Small downside, the rooms next to the elevator are not the best soundproofing level, you can hear the elevator going up and down from around 7 a.m. to midnight... and not enough vegetarian choice at breakfast 😊But I will definitely come back! Very good address which I hope will remain at affordable prices…

Nice hotel with good breakfast, very loving buffet. We also liked the indoor pool. All employees were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the gentleman at reception who ran the reception during the day from August 12th to August 18th!

Stayed for 7 nights in Chiang Mai. The location is very good, near to all the hustle bustle of the city. Breakfast was really good, the Asian selection was really good, 👍 up to the Chef. From the stir fry Spaghetti thai style, Pad mee sua all spot onThe complimentary self service bottled water was really good gesture, there is communal area available.Room + amenities :We stayed in duplex suite, the ac was either too cold and when you adjust it was too warm ( totally understand since the room size is quite big in order to get the room cold ) so our trick was to wear light jumper. All goodStaff : big shout to Yok, Nong and Juli for their service + hospitality especially after i addressed my concerns regarding my neighbour's who kept on slamming the door in the middle of the night, and their screaming kids. The front office staff were accomodating and valued my complaint, they kept on apologising and they booked us an airport cab complimentary, really appreciate itVerdict : will i return? Probably yes

The soundproofing of the room is extremely poor! You can clearly hear the door closing and the water being turned on next door. There are also sad Taiwanese people who let their children make noise outside in the middle of the night. It’s so embarrassing. The room circulation design is also very bad. The toilet sink is stuck next to the door, there is a fake dry and wet separation, and the hotel is in an alley.Breakfast is also average. Overall, I don’t recommend it. I would rather spend more to stay in a better place. After talking to the waiter, the waiter was very apologetic and offered a return airport pick-up.Fortunately, the group of Taiwanese people had left the next night, so I could have a good night's sleep.

The room and breakfast were good. Fruit, snacks on the table, and bottled water were always provided, so I quenched my thirst when I went out and came back. However, it's a little boring because it's in an alley, far from Thapae Gate, and there aren't any shopping facilities like Nimman, so the fixed shower is inconvenient. If you want to enjoy entertainment late at night, we recommend areas around Nimman, Old Town, and Anusan Market. When you check out, you will receive a commemorative small bag according to the number of people.

This is the first time I choose a hotel in the more technological building in the building. It is the hotel I am most looking forward to on this trip~My feeling after staying for two days is: it’s very worth it! Super high CP value👍The location is not too difficult to find, mainly in the alley. There are bicycles for rent. You need to download the APP to rent them. If you are not a local, you can’t download it.Just a few minutes' walk outside the hotel, you can reach the water market, night market, and laundromat. They are all very close~The hotel provides unlimited mineral water, coffee machine, fruits and biscuits for self-service, which is perfect if you want to eat some snacks to quell your hunger ~I recommend everyone to drink Thai milk from the coffee machine. I drank several cups. Personally, I don’t think it is too sweet and I like the light aroma of Thai milk! 💗This time it is the off-season in Thailand and the temperature is at least around 40 degrees every day. The cold mineral water provided is really necessary! It’s easy to carry around just grabbing a can each day before your trip! The size of the room is just right for two people. When you wake up in the morning and press the electric curtains to see the scenery, it feels like a vacation and very relaxing. The room sound is great 👍It’s just that the sound insulation is a bit poor⋯There is also a capsule coffee machine in the room that can be used. If you don’t have the habit of drinking coffee, it is useless~🛏️The bed is huge! There is a lot of space for two people to sleep. It is not too soft, let alone hard, and it is very easy to sleep. I slept well both days! The overall price is very reasonable and doesn’t feel expensive at all! If you want to live in Taiwan, you have to pay at least 10,000 yuan. The facilities are not that amazing~-The electricity bill in Thailand is relatively expensive. If you stay in a double room, you will be given a room card. If you leave the refrigerator, the power will be cut off. Try not to buy anything that requires ice!🌟The only drawback is that the air-conditioning is not very strong. The room is relatively high and the air-conditioning is very strong in the sleeping area. But if you don’t feel the air-conditioning downstairs, it will feel quite stuffy. There are also some changes in the breakfast dishes, which are not very repetitive. It is suitable for a rough and filling meal. If you want to eat a refined meal, I don’t recommend it.-Overall, I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely consider staying here next time~!It must be mentioned that providing mineral water is really a great thing👍The front desk staff are very proactive in handling any needs of guests. What impressed me the most was that the hotel lobby seemed to have air-conditioning only at certain times...and no air-conditioning the rest of the time! ! Run back to the room immediately and blow on the air conditioner😅😅
