The hotel is very dirty, from the first moment you enter, it looks horrible. The toilet is rusty, smelly, lots of cockroaches and worms. The water is yellow and smelly. The bed was dirty, the sheets were moldy and there were blood spots and a smell. The blanket smells of urine. The room is dusty. I asked the staff to clean the room but no one cleaned it until I had been at this inn for 4 days. Bad service, bad facilities. In the middle of the night someone knocked on my bedroom door. Please ensure security, especially since I stay alone so I'm afraid that someone will knock in the middle of the night😭

I had paid from the application when I arrived. It was quiet, there was no receptionist and no one called, the place where I entered the small alley was said by local residents to be a place of immorality. Map points are different from locations

The staff is very unfriendly. Wifi is not smooth.I made a reservation for 2 people, but 1 toothbrush and 1 towel were provided.Amenities such as toilet paper and shampoo provided ×The smell of cigarettes was too strong in the lobby.The pillow smells like it hasn't been washed.Messy blanket.Ants come out of the bed.The bathroom mirror was very dirty.Toilet broken.Shower broken.There are a lot of nails on the ceiling.The air conditioner wasn't cool at all.I booked for 2 nights but left after only 1 night.The worst hotel during my trip to Indonesia.

pluses:1. Friendly employees2. The location is close to Indomaret + places to eat, even though the hotel is in an alley...minuses:1. The lobby smells of cigarettes, making you uncomfortable... at least if you smoke outside the accommodation2. The walls of the room have lots of dirty spots3. The window was broken, only covered with cardboard4. There is no towel hanger (broken)5. the sink is leaking6. It looks like the bedsheets haven't been replaced, because there are BLOOD SPOTS!! so dirty!!7. There are small animals like fleas8. THE AC IS NOT COLD, even though it is already 16° full speed

Honest review!!!MINUSES:1. Actually the place is clean. But please SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS, THE BLANKETS ARE NEVER REPLACED2. The sheets, pillowcases & blankets were crumpled, black, and I FOUND MANY FLEAS IN THE MATTRESS. FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH.3. Access to the hostel is in an alley that can only be passed by motorbikes, in the middle of crowded residents' houses, and the area around the BAU hostel. I don't know where the smell is coming from.4. The alley/access road to the hotel will be fenced off after 23.00 WIB. So don't expect to be able to go back to the hostel late at night.5. The room AC is HOT, there is no cold. In fact, I moved twice.PLUS:1. The CS/guard is good.2. The hostel is strategically located near Indomaret and places to eat.

The hotel is not comfortable, it doesn't match the room order. It doesn't have a place to park in a small alley. The parking is expensive, especially mall parking. I don't want to give up anymore. The management is not strong enough to be a parking attendant. So the guests will give up. Parking is 30,000.5 minutes, that's crazy, isn't it?

This hotel is located in a small alley.So, if you have a motorbike, you can enter, but if you have a car, you can't. A room at that price is worth it in the middle of the city. For those interviewing for a visa on a low budget at the American embassy, it's worth it enough to stay for a while. Grab a car at the American embassy (15k).

I have never had an experience like this at a hotel.Firstly when I tried to check in the person at the counter kept insisting that the price was two and a half times higher than everything that I saw online; which sadly is normal here.To make matters worse, everything was dirty. The toilet seat and lid were made to appear normal but actually aren't even attached. The toilet brush was in pieces. The drain looked like it had never been cleaned, and still had hair and what look like mucous in it. The sheets were dirty and has human body fluids on it. I slept on my prayer mat and didn't take my shoes off even to shower. Disgusting. And the people are up all night smoking and talking loudly. You hear other people's noises, even bathroom sounds. Don't come here.

The room is a good size for a few nights if you’re just looking for somewhere to stay. But, the bed sheets weren’t clean, the bathroom was gross, the bin was gross and not emptied, no toilet roll (but they do advertise this to be fair). Does the job for a few nights and it is cheap but if you want somewhere cleaner just pay a bit more so we can’t really complain for £17 ish for 2 nights. Nearby quite a few street food vendors, and not far from the national monument.
