I was very disappointed checking in here. Firstly, the receptionist was not friendly, there were no words of thanks or sorry.Secondly, you cannot maintain privacy. I don't have a problem with being charged because it's just a matter of towels or not being able to have privacy. Talking quietly not in front of other guests is very embarrassing. Please be kinder to the waiters there. I give one star!!

Very annoying mosquitoesThe air conditioner is old and worn out and does not work wellThe bathroom is narrow, the sink faucet moves as if it is broken from the inside, and the bathroom door is ruined and won't closeThe sheet is colored and the blanket is clearly not white and not new.. That's okayI only recommend it to those who have to sit in it for half or a quarter of the day only

What I can comment is that the room is okay. In the room I stayed in, the AC was new and cold. The bathroom is also clean.From my pov, this hotel is very strategic because it is very close to the location where I do my activities.

The star value is for the service, not the facilities.Excess :+ The service is okay+ Not bad for staying overnight+ TV Wifi okay+ There is a food and drink menu+ Fairly clean+ Get snacks, 2 drinks free of choice+ There is shampoo soap, 2 towels 1 slimut+ There is a doormatLack :- There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste- There are no truly non-smoking rooms (there are no special rooms because all the rooms have ashtrays)- Got expired lotion- Added another fee when checking in even though I ordered online because it wasn't available but got a bad room (moved another room because the AC was broken)Comparison of Room 1 and Room 2 (moving room)~ Room 1 is bigger, better, I think the price is different from room 2~ Room 1 AC is broken, room 2 toilet smells~ Room 1 is more comfortable, unfortunately the AC is brokenSo basically both rooms both smell of cigarettes, because in room 1 it didn't smell bad at first but by midnight there were noisy people and there was a smell of cigarettes coming from somewhere, in room 2 it was also smelly especially the toilet and there was no warm water. When I came home my mukena had a strange cigarette smell. As for the service, the employees are really good, very responsive, but the facilities are really bad for a 300 thousand hotel.

Okay, if it's just for an impromptu overnight transit because it's according to the price. Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially linen which has started to get stains even though it has been washed. The AC is also not cool enough. Smooth water. There are lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Service is not friendly when the sheets are a bit dirty and the AC is noisy. Just moved rooms, checked, only to be told they had moved twice, even though they hadn't been occupied yet. As a result, 3 rooms were checked. And the third one is to check the one that has just been occupied. And if you want to check the room you have to pay on the spot, what kind of service is this!!! So what's the point of having a stupid online ordering service if there's no room check facility!!! As a result the picture is different from the photo, cheating!!! The office boy was also unresponsive, he just asked for a simple yes but he didn't deliver! When I checked out, prayer mats were provided too! No longer staying here! 👎🏽

sorry I gave a rating of 1, because I was really disappointed with the receptionist service on 07/16/2023When you first enter, it's fine, all the service is GOOD. from the night receptionist to the guard, everyone served them wellBut when I checked out the receptionist had changed to a female. After checkout I drank and ate first at the cafe provided in the hotelThis receptionist seems a bit differentMy friend just asked nicely about the price not being the same as what was on the menu and instead I cursed at the people who were eating, even though from the start it wasn't explained that the price of the drink was different from what was on the menu, that's why my friend asked nicely. but there he shouted and cursed.I was going to make a video as proof, but suddenly I was shaking because this is the first time someone has cursed in front of their own eyes just because they ASKED. If you don't believe the hotel owner, you can see that many CCTVs,at checkout time on July 16, 2023Honestly, I was very disappointed, because I also work in the service department. Stay here and get cheap prices via ag***Ordered 2 rooms, and the rooms were not too wide according to the descriptionFor the AC it's cold, the sheets are a bit yellow, the mattress is a bit squishy, for the TV it's a shame you got the normal one while the dkmar has 1 more smart TVThe toilet is also small and a bit crampedBut overall, the service is okay, friendly and fits the budgetOnly at the beginning of checking in the elevator was dead so you had to climb the stairs (perhaps because there were still few people checking in)But for the afternoon, evening and tomorrow morning the lift is normal as usual
