The Old City is located right in the center of the Old City. Accessibility to the Old City is good. The room is small. But considering the price, it's small. Please do not make reservations on Sunday. If you see the Sunday Market, you will experience hell. It seems like 80 percent of Chiang Mai's population is involved in the night markets.

Good hotel in a good location in the old town of Chiang Mai, located close to amenities (restaurant, mini market, market, etc...).The rooms are quite small, and lack storage space. However overall it was a good stay.

The hotel room was small but nicely decorated and functional. A slight downside was a damp patch above the toilet, likely from a leak, which occasionally dripped. On the plus side, the room had a nice balcony with a drying rack and the central location was perfect for exploring the area.

The first thing is that most booking sites like Booking rate it as four stars and it is very far from being four stars. The positive thing about the Hotel is the location, it is in the center of the Old City. They also offer bottled water, as much as you want. The rest, the truth is, it's pretty bad, especially the staff. The facilities are fair, don't ask for anything special about an early check-in if you arrive early because they won't give it to you, and it's not because they don't have rooms available, it's because they don't want to. In addition, the cleaning is also very fair.We had a problem with the person at the reception, because he tried to deceive us on several occasions. On the one hand, trying to charge us a disproportionate amount, because in theory we had lost the entrance card when we later discovered that it was the same one that he gave us again. .The second for ordering a taxi early in which he wanted to charge us a figure that doubled what it cost, also telling us that we would not find any taxi or Grap at that time. Quite a lie, because I was able to reserve a Grap and we had him waiting for us at the door for less than half the price of what he wanted to charge. A shame, because it is the only bad experience we have had in hotels in Thailand. In this Hotel, it is not recommended to go to the Momo Hotel and if you go, you should know what you can face.

Located in the very center of the Old CityA hotel optimized for the Sunday market.Room conditions are average,Sometimes a bar teacher appears. There is a swimming pool, but childrenIt is a small pool that is nice to play in.There are many good massage shops around. When the Sunday Market opensWhile leisurely shopping and sightseeingIt's nice to be able to go right in and relax. What is disappointing is that in the roomThere is only one large towel per person.Even if I make additional requests, they are not honored. You should also have a small towel to wash your hands and feet.I would clean it up, but this response is very disappointing.

Check in around 11:00 pm. There is no staff at the front desk, so please call. Affection is not very good. It's a slightly suspicious (?) hotel, with strange objects all around. There are convenience stores, exchanges, and bike rental shops nearby, making it a good location. There is also a small pool. The water is quite cold.Wifi speed is 205mbps.

TLDR:Good spot if you dont intend to spend much time in the hotel and just want to use this as a base to explore Phuket. The rooms are small but given the price and the location, it is a fair place. The service is ok; language barrier being one struggle. But the people are polite and they try to help. The pool is small; but hey, it’s enough for some fun time for the kids.Location is king. This place is perfect if you like the night markets. You are literally in the middle of the action.
