Rooms are good and clean, staff is very nice and helpful (especially Ellie). The common areas are not extremely clean and location is good, but 15-20 min walking from the Old City. I really recommend for backpackers and couples with low budget.

The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were all friendly. In particular, the female employee with the whitest face (I don't know her name, so I can only describe it this way) who made fried eggs and toast for breakfast was really kind and kind.The 24-hour beverage service was also really good.The downside from my personal point of view is that it is a little further from the old town than the hotel I stayed in before, and the swimming pool did not look clean during my stay, so my child was disappointed that he did not use the pool.

Nice hotel - perfect spot for exploring the old town of chiang mai. Rooms are a little bit small when you travelling with kids but it's ok. Nice breakfast!

It was really great to stay at i Wualai Hotel this time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very rich. The menu changes every day for breakfast. It is very close to the ancient city and the holiday night market. There is also a store that rents motorcycles at the door. The location is really great. The price is cheap and highly recommended!

The staff was very responsive.The room was clean and well cleaned. Breakfast also changed daily so I didn't get bored.The location was good as it was located in an alley from the street where the Saturday night market was located.The walls and doors are thin and you can hear the sounds from the hallway, so it might be difficult if other guests are noisy.Recommended.

Although I had prepared my own network card, I found that the door lock of the room was broken and the Internet was unavailable the day after I checked in. After telling the receptionist, the door lock was immediately replaced and the Internet was repaired and ready for use during the working day, which was great. The breakfast section has Thai and Western breakfasts which are very delicious. The room has a small balcony and the living environment is very clean. We stayed for 9 days and recommend it to everyone. It is worth visiting again.
