I absolutely love this place. There are so many lovely things about this place. The place isn’t only exquisite but also sophisticated. It’s in a great location. They provide you scrumptious snacks and tea for free at a counter. I’m staying here for only 5 nights but I could easily extend my stay to many more days. The staff are truly amazing. Nong Tangua and Nicha are so helpful and friendly. Love it!

Could not recommend enough!The location is perfect for getting in and out of the centre, the people working here are so friendly and the beds are so comfortable and for the price it’s an absolute steal. Loved every moment!We only planned on staying for 3 nights but ended up extending for another two.

The hotel has a good location, I felt comfortable when I arrived here. You can go to old city on foot.The service is very friendly, they speak English very well and they help you in a good manner with anything you ask them, even with tours and motorcycle rentals.The hotel has a very nice decoration, and I leave you photos and videos so you can see it :)In my experience, the first room we had, although spacious, did not have large windows and made me feel very confined, but I asked at reception and they moved me without a problem to another room with large windows.Cleaning is good.The bed is fine, but it could be much more comfortable to my liking.It is a nice hotel in relation to price/quality

Wife and I stayed a couple of days here and absolutely loved every moment of it. Rooms are cozy, clean and well decorated. Staff is amazingly helpful and super nice. We were treated like family the entire time. Can't wait to go back again.

The Yellow Lamoon hotel is an absolutely fantastic place to stay in Chiang Mai 🙏Formerly the Yellow Hotel of dubious reputation the hotel was acquired by a Thai owned boutique hotel partnership called Lamoon and has been transformed into a beautiful oasis just minutes from everything.The aunt of one of the owners is an interior designer and has created a beautiful indian styled feel for the hotel.The rooms are not large but comfortable and beautifully decorated and serviced every day.Lamoon is Thai for chilled and this place is certainly a very chilled and friendly place to stay.The only set back is the early morning singing from the indian temple next door which starts at 8am and lasts about an hour. Not a problem if you are an early riser or indian I suppose 🙏🙂

Please note this especially for Koreans.I am posting this review because the reviews are old and seem to have incorrect information.There are free cookies in the lobby, the lobby tables and chairs are comfortable, and you can see the street outside.I booked a basic room.The hotel appears to have been remodeled, the bedding is good, there is a large refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, and the bathroom/shower room is clean.I have visited many cost-effective accommodations in Chiang Mai, but none are as good as this one at this price.# I think you can only make reservations on Booking.com.

Vintage Lana part was bare bones and old. No shampoo no body wash old t.v old Aircon good for just sleeping one night and walking to the market across the river

Very good location, you just have to cross the river and you find yourself in a large market with locals and few tourists, the hotel and the room have a nice style and decoration.I didn't like the mattress, I felt the springs and the insulation between rooms, I could hear the neighbor's TV and their discussions.

The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff are polite. There is a problem with noise when sleeping in the room under the stairs.
