As expected from a boutique hotel, the lobby is very pretty and the rooms are decorated according to the concept. I've stayed at this hotel since the opening when I came to Nimmanhaemin, but it's been less than 10 years and it's a pity that the effects of time are so visible. Hotel in need of some repairs. And the wifi is weak. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. The breakfast is prepared with Chiang Mai food, so you can eat everything without having to go to a Chiang Mai restaurant. Although the location is inside, it is within a 10-minute walk to Nimman Haemin or Maya Mall. Recommended for travelers who have visited Nimmanhaemin multiple times. For reference, when assigning a room, it is recommended to request a room facing the forest. The opposite side is a view of the building because it is blocked by a hotel next door.

Lovely unique hotel very close to the Nimmam area. It was stunning even if maybe a bit old for some aspects. The room was comfortable, the bathroom amazing and the breakfast had a neverending amount of options, especially for Asian tastes.

The hotel is located between Ningman Road and the ancient city. The location is very good. Quiet and beautiful, the room is clean and practical, and the breakfast buffet is rich.

The room is in a very old condition. The items, sheets and blankets are faded. The bathroom smells when you sleep and when you turn on the air conditioner you can smell a lot. The TV is not clear so I thought it was using a shrimp antenna from 20 years agoð

There is a corner to sit and drink coffee and take beautiful photos.The hotel is in a deep alley, quite far from Nimman and Maya Mall. Booked on the agency app for a little over 1200 baht, including a very good breakfast. Lots of Thai dishes There seems to be a noodle booth as well. The bed and pillows are very good. Sleep long and comfortably. The bathroom is wide, the water is very strong, the mixer tap, the room has good soundproofing, there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, but people without cars have to walk into a rather deep alley. But it's not lonely. If the weather is good, you can easily walk to Maya Nimman.

The location is at the bottom of the alley. There are a lot of insects. The hardware equipment is not very good (Internet TV...) The breakfast is almost the same for four nights. Not recommended based on the overall priceð

Loveâ the breakfast here is great, sleep well, the accommodation is cutely decorated. Near important places If you change the TV to a smart one so you can lie down and watch Netflix, that would be awesome. I'd like to criticize a little about cleanliness. Felt like it could be cleaner than this. The sheets had marks, the blankets were damaged at the zipper. As for the side pillow, it was already torn. But personally, I didn't get anything, but I still slept well, just secretly a little disappointed.
