There is a parking lot downstairs where rental cars can be parked. The swimming pool is clean, but the condition of the swimming pool can be seen outside the hotel from the entrance and exit of the lobby. The staff in the lobby are often chatting and eating, which is a bit unprofessional overall. I saw on the website that there is an airport pick-up service, but when I asked on site, I was told there was no such service, which was a bit disappointing. The indoor slippers paid for by the hotel looked like they had been worn by thousands of people but not washed. You can see the washing machine running from the parking lot. The floor material on each floor is different and it squeaks when you walk on it. When you come out in the morning, you will see the housekeeping staff sitting next to the elevator chatting. When you take a shower, the water in the bathtub will splash all over the room. , there is a big gap in the shower room that separates dry and wet areas, so the floor will still be wet, and the whole room will be wet. I don't understand why there is no dehumidifier. The overall location is good and not expensive, but if you have relatively high standards for rest, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I've been staying here for 4 days now and it's really good. I got a room above the standard for around 50,000 won and I'm satisfied. I saw negative reviews on Google reviews, so I'm leaving this as there's room for misunderstanding. The price-quality ratio, hotel location, etc. are excellent. There aren't many options for meals, so I'm leaving more. The quality seems to be better. I am satisfied with the breakfast, and I think the individual items are also excellently priced. For reference, my child buys watermelon juice every day in the morning. All amenities and famous malls are nearby. The hotel is cleaned every day, supplies are changed well, and the hotel staff are very friendly every morning. I'm staying with my child and it's really great for this price. The only drawback is that the wooden door makes noise, but this can't be helped. Yes, I thought it had that style since it's a Chiang Mai accommodation, but it's a bit of a shame that the child in the next room wakes up when it's slammed shut at night. Cleanliness is really okay. It's very clean, so if you want to go, you have to go to a 5-star hotel. I'm moving to Melia the day after tomorrow, but considering the price and location, I just want to stay there. Rarinjinda in Thailand. Siripanna. Burishiri. Malady. Melia stays like this. Excellent value for the hotel price

This is my first Google review. Donating is so bad. From what I can see, it really is the best. I made a reservation through Agodaru, but the reservation was canceled due to an internal error. Originally, the reservation was canceled and I paid the local price for one night and paid Palmanong. My luggage was so tired that I needed to rest. I came to the room for the first time. It smelled like a musty bug, and it was full of spiders. I asked for an upgrade, saying I would pay more, but he said the room was too big, and then he went in front of a person who was higher than him (?) and seemed like a rat. When he told me that he had a room, I asked him if he had said earlier that he couldn't upgrade, and he said he never said that. It's a tough first round here. For some reason, I felt like I would feel bad if there was more, so I canceled the post and said I would leave, but it didn't even last 5 minutes, and the rat-bae-in threatened me so badly that I couldn't get a refund, so the girl cried in shock. Then, they said they would only cancel 1 night out of 2 nights, so I decided to cancel with GLN, but they said there would be no refund if I did that. Since the baby had a rhinitis, I asked them to pay me back in cash for 1 night. (It’s harsh so I turn on the Papago translator)Just one minute after I plugged in the bathroom shower, it turned black. Even when I was sleeping, everything in the bedding and the walls smelled like mold. I couldn't sleep because Nagyu's body was itchy. The bedding is incredibly musty. Since it smells like mold, the answer is that turning on the air conditioner will help. And because the soundproofing wasn't at all good, I couldn't sleep because I was disturbed by the sound of the wooden door closing all night long. And I made a reservation for Pohamru Man in the morning, and when I re-booked, I asked them to come back. However, I was told that breakfast and breakfast were not included, so I was denied food. The first time I ordered it, it was Pohamy, but the newly booked price (even if I paid more expensive price) does not include Pohami. I booked it locally and it was a one night stay in Palmanon, but breakfast was not included.^^. I also asked for it to be optional, but when I made the reservation, I asked why they didn't tell me whether breakfast was included or not. They keep talking nonsense and laughing at me, and they keep telling me things and telling me, but if you look at what I say here, you will know. The swimming pool is pretty, so I should go for a swim. But the bed is a bed... What can I say...? Also, there is a strong sewer smell near the hotel entrance. I really think I'm going to do a job. It's just that I'm not going anywhere. Here you go.I was looking for a hotel that felt like Chiang Mai and ended up making a reservation here, but it was a breeze.Currently, the room is being repaired by blocking it with PVC cloth. They say it's so loose, but the staff's mindset seems to be the same. It's a trip ruiner.Since you belittled people for a moment, I can't help but write to Arad and leave.

Use of the swimming pool. The friendly reception was very goodI think there is a problem with quarantine. I thought I fainted when I saw about a dozen tiny ants crawling on my suitcase that I was about to pack after going outside. all right. ah. And there wasn't much better breakfast than at a 3-star hotel. Recommended for those who value breakfast. I am satisfied with the room condition and bedding.

I booked a room to stay for 4 nights. The first day it rained, rainwater flowed into the bathroom and onto the floor. I called to inform reception that rainwater was leaking into the room. The backrest immediately asked if I had opened the front or messed with the window, or if rainwater was flowing into the room, I was told. I didn't even know that there was a window that could be opened behind the curtain because the room didn't have a balcony. For a while, the mother came up to clean it, so I asked the housekeeper if it was normal for this room to have rain water flow in like this...the housekeeper said yes. ..It's like this in many rooms..but we're surprised!!!..Why is the receptionist so stupid.???..who doesn't know and has bad manners and asks customers like that...!!@After that, I asked to change rooms because this month is the rainy season. The staff informed me that they would change rooms for me the next day. We were okay with that, but the staff showed bad manners and called to wake me up at 8:30 a.m. to ask if I would move rooms immediately. I told them not to move anymore and informed me if it was rude to call to wake up and move rooms this early because even the check-out was after 11 a.m.. There were 3 more nights left and I had to put up with this kind of manners... Worst manners!!! We definitely don't think about coming to use the service again.

Pros:-There is a big beautiful pool on the territory, the lobby in the hotel looks quite cozy- There is a large mirror in the bathroom and the light in the bathroom is very warm and pleasant-There is body lotion, tea and waterCons:-There were voodoo dolls in the room that supposedly had to be attached to the door to let the cleaner know whether or not to clean the room - this seems too creep-Lack of bathrobes and toothbrushes-The room was unventilated when we checked in.
