What a great place. Been meaning to stay here for some time. Finally made it. Will become my go to hotel in Chiang Mai. Basic room, well laid out, very comfortable. Staff were great, super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was really good, although the menu was a bit limited. Great Thai food. Highly recommended.

A nice Thai style resort close to the train station. Everything is a bit dated, but the atmosphere is very charming and the staff is great. Breakfast is also real tasty and recommended. The only real problem for me was the wifi which is so bad that it's practically non-existent.

2nd time stayed here and for 4 nights. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are a bit soft. The room is otherwise okay, but not very special.Location was perfect for us; by scooter you can reach the Tha Phae Gate (center) in 5 minutes, and it is not on the main road.Furthermore, very nice people! Especially the people at the breakfast area! The man and the woman; have a nice conversation with them, they are super nice 😁.

Hotel needs renewal. Smell of mould and rotting wood all over, airco température setting not working in our room. Need to take a taxi to go anywhere, far from any shop and center of town. Friendly staff.

This place is fantastic! Don’t let the drive from the airport or the location of the hotel in the alley dissuade you from staying here. Super comfortable rooms with air conditioning. We had a king sized bed that was very comfortable. The only critique is that the TV in the room worked but was not connected to any channels. The service was tip top! Everyone was so nice! They serve a HOMEMADE breakfast, Khao Soi noodles, fresh fruit, pancakes and over easy eggs. The coffee is delicious! An example of the service: We needed a ride to the Chiangmai Boxing stadium, the stadium sent a cab for us but we missed it. The daughter of the owner I believe called the cab service and translated for us to be picked up again and talked to the cab driver to be sure that we had a ride home. She even asked how our night was the next morning. So friendly and very helpful! The cost was very reasonable and even the cost of drinks was fair!If you are looking for a hotel in central Chiangmai you should stay here!

This hotel is out of the main city on a quiet street. We stayed in a boutique room on the ground floor. (Our original room was on the 2nd floor and not as much light in that. …

We booked this hotel for 3 days because of the authentic look and we're not disappointed. The hotel has 2 pools of which 1 was in use during our stay. Breakfast was good and the service during our stay was 5 star worthy. The rooms are nice but the shower was pretty inconsistent with the temperature and the angle is pretty bad and couldn't be changed. The beds are comfortable and the fridge is large and cold.Overall, the stay was great and the staff as well
