Good value for money in the center of Ubud.The welcome was excellent and the structure as well as the rooms were well kept. The bathroom was spacious and with hot water.It's not the staff's fault, but every morning at 5 I could hear roosters starting to crow from my room, thus preventing me from getting any more rest. Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone to check out with as I left early and had to leave my room keys on a table

It's a very big area, nice one. There is no teapot in the room. But after asking for hot water to make tea they gave us green moldy thermos (( It really should be cheaper.

Quiet, tucked away spot past a fountain and little garden. We were upstairs and outside our room we could look out on the local area and watch the lightning and rain.We extended twice because it had everything we needed and the lady running the place was very nice.We hired a nice scooter for 70k idr per day and paid 150k per day for the nice clean room with Aircon and comfy double bed.We arrived around midnight on the first night because of rush hour traffic on the way from the airport - our flight arrived at 7pm but traffic in Bali is unbelievably bad at times.They showed us straight to our rooms which was a relief. We were also starving and were able to wander 5 mins to a nearby Varung where we had vegetarian dinner for two for 20k idr at that late hour. We then walked right as you leave the hotel to find a small general store for bottles of water and an ice cream each for 18k all at midnight.

I really like this guest house.I lived here for two months.The hostess is a very sweet and kind woman, she welcomed us as if she were part of her family. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking for bikes always allows you to leave your scooter in the parking lot. The territory is large.I recommend everyone to stay here!

A modest room in a large Balinese house. A nice big family, lots of kids. Sygu is 4.5 years old and had someone to play with in the evenings.

Với giá 100k 1 đêm. Mọi thứ ok. 1 nơi yên tĩnh.Tôi ở 3 đêm, nhưng họ ko chủ động dọn phòng hàng ngày nếu bạn không yêu cầu. Mình thấy tình hình chung ở Bali 😂. Và ở Bali thấy các khách sạn không bảo trì bảo dưỡng tốt, nên thấy mau xuống cấp.For 100k 1 night. Everything is ok. 1 quiet place.I stayed 3 nights, but they don't proactively clean the room every day if you don't ask. I see the general situation in Bali 😂. And in Bali, hotels are not maintained well, so they quickly deteriorate.

We stayed for short duration around 6 hours because our flight delay. it is little far away from ubud center and can accessible if you have bike. There is no air conditioner inside the room and even fan is not served the purpose. also water pressure is low in the bathroom.*** This is based on my experience ***

Good price for what is on offer. Such a lovely owner family which provides a family like atmosphere. At the moment the room contains fans only, but they are currently building more rooms with air conditioning.
