I've stayed here many times but this time I was disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist who messed with me!!!!!but you need to come early to check in and be told to pay in full, that's fineI was given the front room, I didn't like it, I said please change, oh the room was still being cleanedOK, I'll rest for a whileWell, I wasn't comfortable with the room, it was noisy, I asked housekeeping, the other room turned out to be empty and had been cleanedI said I wanted to move, it was 12 o'clockI mean please already know that every time I come I ask for a back roomBesides, there are lots of empty roomsI mean look, I'm a regular customerPlease be a little wiser with your regular customersThis isn't 5 stars, you knowEven in 5 star hotels, if we are not comfortable with the room, we can moveI'm going to have to make a fuss about you and the stupid, smart-ass restinionist!!!!

Only thinking about money, not prioritizing guest comfort, I have had a room on the 3rd floor twice with the problem of the water machine always making noise so that the vibrations can be felt in the bed making it difficult for people to sleep, the water in the shower is also stuck, but it has never been repaired. One complaint was that I was told to upgrade the room on the grounds that all the rooms were full. even though the hotel was quiet,

The rooms are quite large and clean, the price is affordable, the location is very strategic. Recommended for those who want to go for a walk, really right behind ITC Kuningan, Ambas, Kuncit, you can walk

The view of the room is really good... The bathroom is very modern, the downside is that it makes it difficult to do ablution. Overall good, close to minimarket. Lots of food sellers too, strategic location. Next time, if there is work in the Kuningan area, I will come here again

The best accommodation for the Jakarta area. The place is cozy. The strategic location is also near malls / shopping centers, the Kuningan area around South Jakarta. In front of the inn there are also food stalls. Likewise, there is also an Indomart. And the most important thing is that the price is affordable with good quality and the room facilities can be said to be complete for that price. There is also a clean refrigerator, lots of cupboards, desk chairs for working, complete toiletries, AC TV, etc., no less important, eating utensils are also provided. The only drawback might be that the entry location can only accommodate 1 car. Overall it's really okay. I got a room on the ground floor during my stay there were no disturbances such as noise and so on. So it's one of my favorite accommodations, maybe I'll come here again next time ✨

Please, the sound of the water machine is loud, like the sound of an owl, can it be fixed so that the sound doesn't enter the room and the shower water can be stable, but the output is sometimes loud, sometimes weak, maybe because of the influence of the water sucking machine, thanks

Living in a monthly boarding house here, every time you pay you're not given a reminder, invoice/chat before it's due, suddenly you're told to pay the rent if you're late paying a fine of 100 thousand. Seriously stupid. This boarding house is considered elite, but the payment system is like a boarding house. Ask for the invoice to be paid first and then make it. Wherever the invoice is issued before payment. There are a few professionals, most of the boarders here are people with money.

The room is very, very comfortable, like in a 4 star hotel. The room is quite spacious & very clean. The toiletries are also very complete. Cutlery is also provided, such as glasses, plates, spoons, forks and thermos. The price is quite affordable given the value obtained. There are also many food sellers around the accommodation, there is also an Indomaret which is approximately 50 m away. Recommend!!!
