The guard's attitude is lacking, especially when he's talking to you, sometimes he can be a hard sell but sometimes he's pretending to sell too much, the most annoying thing is that when you're doing a survey and asking questions, you quickly interrupt the question, his gesture seems like he doesn't like being asked questions. It's called a survey, so it's normal to ask questions, especially since you can't see the room, especially since you have to come for a survey first, when you've come so far you just want to stay put.As a result, I only ended up on a survey and didn't board here, firstly because I found out there were lots of strange rules like curfews and not being able to receive packages, secondly because of the guards. Just look at other reviews complaining about the guards too. 🙏🏻

BOARDINGS THAT ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, the guards are strict about strange rules, the boarding rooms are moldy and the bathrooms are crusty, plus you CAN'T ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES. DON'T SPEND HERE IF YOU WANT TO LOSS.

Strange boarding house, lots of strange rules and very strict. The room was really dirty, the walls had lots of stains that couldn't be cleaned. Especially the bathroom. The floor is crusty and can't be removed, the toilet is like that too.

Many rules to obey and not reasonable. 12pm the door have been locked, we cant get received packets with the panndemic situation reason, or they worried about inside of packet. After that. If you have a guest, for eg families comin they didnt want to open the door, and many mores.The positive side, the room was cleaned, and they have parking lot for motorcycle inside.Thanks

I had a boarding house here but it only lasted 3 months (and that was a lot of effort), not because of the rooms but the security system was really lacking, for example: the boarding house guard DOESN'T WANT TO ACCEPT PACKAGES from the boarding house residents, the gate has to open the lock yourself and this isn't really complicated from outside. . Lastly, my boarding house deposit was FORFEITED, even though I was informed long ago that it would be out because after surgery it was impossible to survive in such a condition alone. Thank you :)

The rooms are not too big, tend to be cramped for expats or large bodies, not 24 hours, extra charge 100K per night for additional people if previously staying alone. Token electricity. Prices are still relatively cheap for the location, area and room facilities.

Room walls are dirtydirty toilet,The TV in the room was broken,the boarding house guard didn't want to accept the package until the expedition couriers complained because the boarding house resident didn't want to accept the package, they couldn't go home at night because it was double padlocked,It's difficult to access by car, there's only one lane and the front of the boarding house has a cement bar, the environment is not safe, often there are lots of thieves,You have to be nice to the guard if you don't want to talk about it,the wifi is really slow and the water is really dirty (yellow in color and lots of sediment),Can't contact the owner directly.

The boarding house keeper is annoying, the water pressure tends to be turned down, the boarding house transfers to the guard not to the owner directly, the boarding house price likes to go up and down, if a friend has a new event after 12 o'clock they are immediately charged 100,000 in cash (asked for CASH straight away that day), the internet is REALLY SLOW, it's complicated all in all

- Very bad service,,- Guests are asked to open and close the fence themselves- Employees do not have a good work ethic- Lost 100 thousand deposit, just because I invited a friend to visit (only visiting)- There is no prayer place in the room and the toilet is really dirty
