You can only check-in at 5pm. Yet the room condition is terrible. The Aircon ful with dust, after I woke up I was shocked when seeing my pillow case full with dust as shown in photo attached. I wonder how much dust I have inhale overnight. And the mat of room is not fitting well maybe due to the moist from toilet. Your hotel room needs renovation.
