Stayed here for 2 months because I had work in Jakarta, the location is very strategic and comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, the neighbors are mostly Japanese/foreigners, so it's not as noisy as an ordinary boarding house/apartment. Initially I wanted to rent an apartment in the Sudirman area to be near the MRT and SCBD, but after considering IPL, basement parking, high rise, etc., where the total rental price was more or less the same as Ariama's monthly rent, I finally chose to try here for a month which ended up increasing to 2 months. Even though the parking lot is a bit small, few residents bring cars, so there was never a problem parking my car. To the MRT, mall, papaya, culinary, pharmacy, bank, money changer, etc. the distance is very close and it doesn't get too dry when it gets there, and even though there is a washing machine in each room, there is still a laundry allowance of 5 pcs per day, so that's for me. I'm too lazy to wash the iron myself, it really helps. Housekeeping is also available every day if you want your room cleaned. There was a bit of trouble with the automatic device for the water pump machine whose sound could be heard from the bedroom, but the management responded quickly and I was moved to another room which was free from engine noise. The bathroom is equipped with a Japanese-style bath tube which is a bit shorter than a normal bathtub, but still okay for soaking alone. The bedroom is very comfortable, with high quality pillows, sheets and bed covers, and it's a bit "dangerous" because it's that comfortable, once you're in your room you'll be too lazy to go out again, you'll just want to lie down when your body is stuck to the mattress. The kitchen is complete and makes me cook often, and electricity is included so I don't need to think anymore about using an electric stove or other electrical appliances. The lift is quite unique with a "home" lift feel. Security is also 24/7. A slight minus is that the TV is not yet a smart TV, but yes, I rarely turn on the TV, preferring to lie in bed watching on the tablet, because the internet is really good, high speed and stable and the internet is dedicated per room, not shared. Highly recommended for those who want to heal or who don't want to bother with the hassle of renting an apartment.

Ariama offers great facilities and comfortable room. But, there was an unpleasant burning smell in the bedroom which appear only in afternoon. I think it was smell from heated plastic window curtain.

Anyway, I want to come back here again, I'm so happy in this cute and lovable placeš„¹ā¤ļø apart from the very complete furniture, including shoe racks, cooking utensils, cutlery, water dispensers and gallons, a very smart washing machine, close to the Blok M MRT station, so you can go anywhere, it's just a waste of capitalš¤£ only the TV isn't a smart TV but that's not a drawback because the advantages of staying here are so manyā¤ļøā¤ļø I love this place! Luckily I was able to book before it was fully booked during Decemberš„ŗ

The first time I came to Ariama, I thought the room was small, like a minimalist hotel. It turned out that the room was spacious with quite complete facilities. The location is also close to shopping and culinary places so it's very easy. Next time I want to rent a room at Ariama..good experience..

Stayed here 4 days 3 nights in the premiere room type (45mĀ²) and honestly it was very satisfying especially with complete facilities but the price was still right in the pocket and the strategic location was close to the MRT, papaya and lots of food tooThe facilities are really complete (compared to other serviced apartments) including iron (just request), washing machine + dryer, microwave, oven, induction stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, cutlery for 2 people and complete cooking utensils, there is a bathtub Also. The information on the paper that we received at weekend check-in was that there was no housekeeping, but apparently there was and it was still being cleaned. The wifi is also fast and there are no problems.The only regret is that the cable TV tends to lose signal/cuts off and it's not yet a smart TV (can't screen mirror and there's no Netflix/Disney+) and the elevator, because it has a small capacity (3 people) for just 2 people, goes up/down very slowly (suggestion is to take a room on the ground floor. Just 1 or 2 so you don't get tired of climbing the stairs).Anyway, really recommend it and want to come back again to stay hereš„°ā¤ļø

Great facilities. Strategic place, you can look for expensive to affordable food or cook it yourself. Close to public transportation access such as MRT and Transjakarta Bus. Bathroom, guest, sleeping, also ok. Minus the TV which has an unstable signal. Currently considering a long stay, good job Ariama!

Sylvia the manager is responsive to some minor issue that I raised and was able to resolve the issue immediately. Rooms are immaculately clean. The cleaning staff is professional and highly personable.

Clean, tidy, spacious, great location. It's easy to check-in and the staffs are very helpful. The only cons is you can hear traffic noises all day especially if the room is in the ground floor (mine was). However it's nothing compared to the service. Will come back for sureš

Pictures donāt do this place justice. A wonderful gem in Sampit. One of the few neighborhoods in Jakarta with great food, amenities and public transport within *walking* distance. Security is available 24/7, cleaning service fabulous. The apartment has just what it needs to be very comfortable. We usually stay at my wifeās family home in South Jakarta, but after a few days here Iām considering making it our go-to place when coming over. Congrats, team Ariama!

Stayed here for a month and I couldnāt ask for a better place to stay!!!Less than 5 minutes away to the MRT station, have lots of good food around, only 5 minutes stroll to Papaya Market. The most strategic location and the room itself is very nicely furnished and cozy. All the staff are so nice and very helpful as well. I will highly recommend everyone to stay at Ariama.Love love love love love! If only I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 10 stars. Thank you so much Ariama! Looking forward to stay there longer next time.

I stayed over for a couple of nights to work which needed strong internect connection and it was fantastic because the wifi works very well and I could end the workday dipping myself in a large bath tub. Love the spacious living and dining room and the staff was so friendly. Super recommended!
