I was disappointed with Cove Birah. I lived at Cove from February with a monthly payment. On Thursday, September 19-24, I complained because the AC in the room was broken, not cold and turned off, and the condition of the room was very hot, until Monday, September 23, the AC in the room. I didn't repair it, in my opinion Cove is unprofessional and doesn't pay attention to customer complaints, thanks

Suitable for those who want to stop by. Overall OK if you're just stopping by, the bed is also clean and smells good. There is a gym, dining area and dispensers on each floor. Unfortunately the room I chose didn't have towels :)))

Looks like there's a shortage of staff. Asked for the room to be cleaned, the response was "yes" but it turned out it wasn't cleaned.

Strong not recommend this place. Bad maintenance, the whole room is mouldy, the ceiling, walls, bathroom are all mouldy, not suitable for a human to stay long term. Book a premium room but given a room with wall view and small balcony. The kitchen at common area also super dirty. Don’t open their fridge if you stay there, it smells rubbish in there. The TV is not working also. Reception counter also no one there to help you if you need help. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 been staying a lot of places and this is the only one that makes me wanna give a serious bad review so that others will not fall into the same trap like me.

The receptionist is not always available, the room is dusty, the TV does not work, the bathroom smells bad, there are stains in several corners of the room, and the pillows and mattress are not very comfortable.

For Koreans, it is not a bad place to stay for the price because of the surrounding environment. But it’s completely different from the picture. Just beautifully remodeled! I guess it would be okay to say it's just one place. I took a picture too, and the picture came out pretty. The gym is just an assortment, but the swimming pool is cleaned in the morning. The room is dusty and not clean. There is water stains in the bathroom, the bed and sheets are dirty, and you can have the amazing experience that the towels do not absorb water. It says there is a washing machine. There is no washing machine. I think they provide a service that collects laundry and takes it to the laundromat. I reserved an accommodation with a washing machine... I said I was in a hurry, so an employee, not the original hotel business partner, called for 24-hour laundry service, but it didn't come (it was canceled the day before, so when I asked why my clothes didn't arrive when I checked out the next day, I was told they didn't bring them yesterday). Says OMG) In the end, I took my smelly and dripping clothes on the plane. The biggest problem is that when you arrive, there is no elevator up to the lobby. There are a lot of stairs to the lobby... I'm not writing them down. Moreover, the elevator was broken when I arrived. Fortunately, the staff were very nice. If you ask for help with your luggage, they help you, and if you ask them to call you, they call you... but it's unfortunate that the fundamental problem is not solved. I think I might be able to go to Dam because of the location... but I don't know... if I will go again... I can't go if I have a lot of luggage, but I can if I have small luggage. It's possible as long as you don't do anything other than sleep and take a quick shower. Because the price is cheap!

I stayed at Cove Birah for more than 22 months, so I think I am qualified to write a review.The location is good, near Jalan Senopati, and it takes only 15 minutes to Ashta District 8 by walk.The room is with complete facilities, such as a private bathroom, a bed, a wardrobe, nightstands, a mini fridge, a working desk, a chair.The tenant can use the fitness room and the swimming pool.However, the Wi-Fi signal in my room kept being weak throughout the period I stayed.The air conditioner also didn’t work well, even turned the temperature button to 17 degrees centigrade, it was still hot in the room.As for the service, there’s still space for improvement, some housekeepers are friendly and hardworking, while some are less responsive.It became noisier after Cove Birah began providing daily stay since several months ago.It is acceptable the rental rises, but please make sure the service keeps at the same standard, I even didn’t expect that the service had been improved.

If there is a visit system, you can change it right away, the staff is friendly and quick to respond, and the location and price are the best! In the room at the end of the hallway, there was a loud humming sound of something going on 24 hours a day. Rooms next to the road are noisy with outside noise. Next time, I will definitely have to choose a room that is not on the street! Oh, the elevator doesn't work. Still, I would visit again because of the location.

Order a premium room with a large balcony and a view but were instead given a small balcony with no view (just a wall). Even though it had been booked 2 weeks beforehand.But the sales staff said on WA that the available rooms depend on when you check in later. So what's the point of booking early? Very funny.I want to confirm with the receptionist but they are always not there. (I don't know, the job is just to wait for someone to check in and then it disappears somewhere)The other staff also didn't help.With a decent rental price but just getting an ordinary room, it's not worth it.Just go to the cove once, thank you.
