Harga direct dengan melalui apps pihak ke 3 berbeda jauh? So quiet pricey. On apps for deluxe room, the cost around 450k IDR and direct cost around 800k IDR and there is no discount to takes 2 rooms and 2 nights.

While it's rated 5 stars first...Never stayed here, only had time to see 1 type of room that was available, namely the deluxe type.This accommodation only has 6 rooms available, namely 2 superior type rooms and 4 deluxe type rooms.2 superior rooms and 2 deluxe rooms are on the floor with a small restaurant with a simple homey concept... maybe if the restaurant is busy for those staying on this floor it will be a bit disturbing...Meanwhile, 2 more deluxe rooms are on the upper level.Parking in this place is very, very limited, it seems there is only enough for 2 cars, the rest must be valeted at a reasonable cost.This accommodation is relatively new so it is still clean, neat and the paint is still clean.The staff who showed us the room were quite nice and friendly.The room equipment/amenities are just standard and sufficient, there is even a small safe deposit box.The position of the accommodation is quite close to many choices of eating places/cafes in the surrounding area.The basic price per room was stated by the staff to be IDR 900,000 for superior and IDR 1,200,000 for deluxe including simple breakfast.

At night, the lights were turned off, I fell down the stairs because it was dark, I didn't know if there was water on the steps when I wanted to get food from the driver. I ordered food online because the restaurant had closed orders :(

I had a unique and memorable stay at Casa Living, Senopati. For the price in South Jakarta with an interior as aesthetic as this, it's only around 500 thousand, it's super worth it!Using a color palette that matches contemporary furniture is a plus point in the decoration section. Artistic with design elements to create a homey atmosphere.There is also a hair dryer, tea, coffee and free breakfast for 2 pax. The cleanliness of the rooms is also very well maintained, which increases the positive impression for me.Want to go to a party, aesthetic coffee shop, or just hang out at a restaurant, just walk. No wonder it has a 5 rating on Google. So, if you're looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate, Casa Living is a good place to staycation.

Small B&B with amazing breakfast.
Clean. Spacious. Homey. Only parking lot is small so if we cant get a parking spot, we must use their valet (we dont check the valet fee).
Location is ok. Nearby SCBD area and senopati.

Clean, comfortable, good place for work and me time or drinking relaxing coffee.The food is also no less, there are many variations on the menu with sufficient taste and VIP restaurant class presentation.There are hotels/inns, there are only a few rooms. The rooms are clean, neat with 5 star hotel style hospitality.Recommended
