The staff were amazing, so obliging, polite and considerate, and gave excellent service throughout. The hotel itself was lovely, even though we were in the lowest tariff room, it was spacious, well designed and extremely comfortable, with lots of smart touches including labelled light switches and USB ports on both sides of the bed, a separate bath and shower with little luxuries like bath salts, and a separate door for the toilet, a couch by the window with a view over Seoul in the main room and so on. The gym was outstanding, one of the best I've seen in any hotel in Europe, the US or Asia - lots of equipment, towels, water, a separate stretching room and so on. It's in the heart of Myeongdong, on top of the Lotte mall and Duty Free store, a short walk from Shinsegae, and with 2-3 metro stations within a few minutes walk making every part of the city accessible. Overall my stay here exceeded expectations.

The room is spacious and the service is good! The menu at Le Salon is also excellent, so I really recommend it for a stay that includes a lounge😊 Le Salon is truly the best lounge💖

Can’t really argue with their high rating. One of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. A great lounge for breakfast and cocktail hour. Western and Asian food. Plenty of shopping nearby. Tourist sites walkable nearby. Subway beneath hotel, as is the parking garage. Impressive hotel, also a beautiful hotel lobby that extends to their adjoining hotel. Beautiful waterfalls outside the lobby restaurant/bar area. Also another lobby bar with great mixed drinks.

We stayed here for 5 days. When we reached lotte hotel, our taxi driver were told by the concierge to drive abit further to stop at the lotte executive tower entrance. Unlike lotte hotel entrance, there is no concierge to welcome or help with the luggage. The bell desk was empty. We were left standing there waiting for someone to finally come to the bell desk to direct us upstairs to check in. It was really very odd, doesn't feel at all welcoming.Service was mediocre. Breakfast buffet variety was very small. It's really eating the same things everyday. Room service on one of the days was sub standard. Our shoes at the foyer was not even arranged properly. I thought that is the basic for housekeeping.Hotel room was newly furnished so it looks beautiful and location wise is great. With the shopping mall just downstairs, food and shopping is very convenient.I probably won't go back again though.

Five stars are not enough for this hotel! We’ve stayed in this hotel for 7 days and it was the best experience we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We are frequent travelers due to our jobs and we are basically living in the hotels. This hotel is exceptionally amazing in all aspects! The quality of the service is beyond expectations, we were spoiled by the hotel staff and the hotel facilities were spot on. The location is perfect, accessible to everything you can think of : next to train station, a mall that has everything, plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Stunning view, luxurious , comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Absolutely love it!The only small thing that was frustrating is the fact that the check in staff omitted to mention that if we check out before 6pm, we don’t need to pay for extra day. We checked out at 6:42pm because we had our flight at around 11pm and we were informed only then about this when we already paid to an extra day.
