After checking into my room I immediately noticed the odour of cigarette smoke. I asked the receptionist to give me a smoke free room to which he replied that all rooms are smoke free. Anyway they gave me another room but this one had the same problem. They apologised and claimed that the last customer was probably smoking in the room (well in both rooms?)Location was decent and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is 25 mins walk from Seoul station. The hotel room is very spacious for location of city centre. Around that location, there are many eateries which you can find from cheap to expensive. One bad thing is cat corner at lobby and there is no dedicated clean space for guests to eat breakfast. That area is smell with cat which I am annoyed about. Apart from that everything seems ok and free breakfast such as toast or cup noodles.

Check in is at 10 p.m.!! We were unlucky with the weather and had to walk around outside all day. The staff is also really unfriendly and the next day they call us 1 hour before check out asking if we can leave the room now?! Super bad. And you pay so much money for that.

Really easy check in, friendly staff, room was clean (spacious enough for 2 people) and they provide housekeeping daily. Location is conveniently ~300m away from 3 key train stations.The room has a computer, a small fridge and a huge TV for your convenience. Free wifi also provided.Google maps pin is slightly off - location is right next to theCourtyard by Marriott hotel
