Overall, it's worth the price. The boss and his wife are friendly. However, as a foreigner, I really don't know what services are available. The location is relatively poor. It is on a steep slope. It will be very difficult to push the suitcase up by yourself. When leaving, it will be very difficult to push the suitcase down. I'm afraid it won't slide down properly. There are two washing machines and no dryer.

I don't think it's possible for people with hygiene habits.【merit】・The room is large・The vanity mirror is large (there is no full-length mirror)・Low price considering the good location (about 5 minutes from the station)・The owner is good【Demerit】・Sewage smellAs everyone has written, there is a smell of sewage (like the whole building), but once you get used to it, it doesn't bother you, but it's a smell every time I come back here.・Cleaning is at the bottom of the room (perhaps they will clean it for you?)Mold in the shower room, water leaking from the bottom of the sink every time you use it, hair in the refrigerator (though it's big enough), etc.There are no amenities (other than soap)There are only tissues and toilet paper.Good things to bring → Disposable slippers, disposable cupsThe TV looks like a cable TV and has two remote controls. It's all in Korean, so if you can't read it, you might not be able to watch TV (^_^;)The air conditioner (on the display on the remote control) only had air conditioning, but I don't know what to do in winter...I didn't take a shower once during my stay (I couldn't take a shower...) I might be able to tolerate it for one night.Huge insect repellent for mosquitoes? There was a sprayer, but it looks like there will be insects other than mosquitoes...From the next room (the walls seem to be thin and I can hear people talking and slamming the door, so I wake up even if I'm sleeping) I hear a squealing sound and the sound of the spray being hissed, so I know what's coming out. No, but I was scared :( ;´꒳`;)

The signboard is large so it's easy to find the location, so I was late to check in, but the lady at the reception was waiting for me. I was grateful.The room didn't have many electrical outlets and there was no remote control for the heating, so it was a little cold.I'm glad it was cheap and spacious.

For being right in the middle of a seoul, South korea, this place offers a great location at a affordable rate. The rates are usually around $40 a night and each room has a bed with a private bathroom. There's also a refrigerator and microwave in each room which is very convenient. But then there's also a small shared kitchen on each floor. You can find toilet paper in the basement and there's also washing machines on each floor which are not really used that often so if you really wanted to you could use the washing machines on all the floors at once but just be mindful of others. There is an elevator in the building and there's also a restaurant in the basement and a small Cafe near the lobby.
