🌡️ Using centralized AC, where the temperature is controlled by Hotel Management, hotel tenants cannot raise or lower the temperature. The use of centralized air conditioning is actually not a problem, the good thing is that Hotel Management can decide when to use heating or air conditioning according to the current season, but the bad thing is when each room cannot raise or lower the temperature either when using a heater or air conditioner, because each person has a different tolerance for room temperature.🌡️ With the temperature they have set, the room feels quite cool at night but will start to feel hot in the morning and will really feel hot during the day.🔊 Sounds outside the room can be heard clearly from inside the room, while if someone makes a sound or speaks quite loudly from inside the room, the sound can be heard outside or in the next room.It doesn't seem to have any soundproofing or maybe the soundproofing is just so-so.🚿 The bathroom is quite narrow. There is a bathtub and shower, but there is no shower room, so there is no choice but to use the bathtub. If you just want to use the shower, then there is no choice but to stand in the bathtub, which is very weird.🚿 Insufficient toiletries.Only 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, hair dryer, hand washing bar soap, soap gel and shampoo gel are available.2 bath robes are available and hanging in the wardrobe. No toothpaste and toothbrush, no bathroom tumbler glass, no place to hang wet towels (only a small towel hook next to the wash basin), and no shower cap.Because the floor is carpeted, no bathroom mat is provided.👣 There is a step between the room and the bathroom which is quite high, so watch your step, especially the elderly.🩴 2 pairs of sandals available.🛏️ The mattress is not soft and does not feel like it follows the curves of the body when we lie on it. My body feels sore after waking up.The entire floor of the room is carpeted, which I don't know whether it is clean or not, dusty or not, unlike without carpet, you can clearly see whether the floor is dirty or not.Although it is actually good when the floor is carpeted, because your feet will not feel cold, especially during winter. The wallpaper is peeling at the corner of the window.🔌 There are no extra sockets next to the bed.So if you want to charge near the bed, you have to unplug the refrigerator.🪑 There is a folding chair that is stored in the wardrobe.🛜 Wi-fi connection is good, just no connection on the 1st floor.📺 There are very few programs that can be watched on TV that tourists can understand, Korean dramas on TV do not have English subtitles.🔐 Free lockers are available in front of the reception on the 3rd floor.🏪 Emart 24 is also available on the 3rd floor, next to the restaurant.⁉️ The hotel staff can only say hello and thank you in English, so it is difficult to communicate or even ask for more details. In fact, every hotel that is frequently visited by tourists should have every hotel staff be able to speak English. However, the hotel cleaning staff were polite.🍽️ You will be given a coupon for a meal which must be shown to the hotel staff on duty in front of the dining room or restaurant on the 3rd floor. The dining menu is a buffet, quite complete, you are free to eat anything that is served there and you are also free to add more.It seems that fried rice is a must-have menu there, it tastes bland, if you have ever tasted fried rice that is rich in flavor, then the fried rice here tastes bland. There are 2 waiters who are always ready to take any cutlery that we no longer use even though we haven't left the dining table.📍 Strategically located, close to the Myeongdong Shopping Area, from the hotel room window we can see the Namsan Tower, and also close to the Subway Station.⭐ Actually, this hotel can be said to not be worthy of being called a 4-star hotel, but considering its very strategic location, all the shortcomings of this hotel can be understood.

The guest room environment is not very clean, there are mosquitoes in the room, the facilities are damaged and have not been repaired, so the location is convenient.

It's a bit outdated. Clean room. 1 drawback is the AC. Non-existent. They have lockers to hold your luggage until check-in or check out. Guest would need to pay, of course. There is no hotel service to hold luggage. Not much of a towel rack. Towels are placed on bed upon arrival. The guest will need to figure out how to address the towel situation. No toilet paper holder. No amenities.

After recognizing that it is a casual hotelOf all the places I've stayed so far,The hospitality was ranked 1st and 2nd worst.(Perhaps because the amount was around a Korean holiday,33,000 Japanese yen paid by card for 2 nights)I couldn't use the power outlet during my stay (it was like a temporary VA wire, but it wasn't energized), the safe wouldn't close (it got better after replacing the battery the next day), there was no bath mat, and there was no power outlet. As a result, my smartphone and charger ran out of battery and I wasted the entire morning of my trip. I asked for a room change, but they didn't even reply and ended up using an extension cord for 2 days.In addition, hotel slippers are basically slippers that look like those from old hospitals in China. It was difficult from a sanitary standpoint to wear something you didn't know who had worn it.(I wrote to the cleaning staff in Korean asking for bath mats and disposable slippers, and they had them there.)Also, there was a little bit of feces on the toilet seat. There was a sign saying that the washlet also had hot water, but it only came out with water.I feel like it's probably being managed so it doesn't come out.Three backyard staff members came to help us with the electrical outlet problem in the morning, but they were very kind. But the front was really bad.Is this Korean style? I thoughtBut...The staff at the nearby SAVOY Hotel were very kind and courteous when I asked about a problem with the adjacent store, even though I wasn't even a guest there. I would like to stay there next time. They even have a weighing scale at the entrance to measure the weight of suitcases, so I felt that they were considerate of their guests.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Seoul for its welcoming people, vibrant culture, and generally excellent hotel service. However, my recent stay at the Migliore Hotel Myeongdong was disappointing and needs immediate attention. On the second day, I woke up to find the room uncomfortably hot, making it hard to breathe. I had booked a room with air conditioning, but only a fan was provided. I felt deceived, as I had specifically paid for air conditioning. When I called room service, I encountered an unprofessional response. The female receptionist, who was in a bad mood, suggested I cancel my booking and find another hotel. I asked if I could have an additional fan to help circulate the air, but she refused, saying no option was available. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed there was no manager around and implied that even if there were, they wouldn’t offer any assistance.Adding to the frustration, she impolitely suggested that I find out her name on my own, yet refused to provide it when I asked. This uncooperative attitude is far from what I’d expect in a hospitality setting.Having stayed here for 7 days and previously recommended this hotel to friends, this experience has made me reconsider. The dismissive attitude of the reception staff is unacceptable, and dealing with a room that’s 26°C without proper ventilation is unbearable with no window. If you’re considering this hotel, prepare for potential service issues and uncomfortable room conditions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall experience.
