Cleaning was not done on time, and when I woke up, there were bug bites one by one.

This is a place I've been using for years whenever I have guests. This time, I stayed in two rooms for a week and it was the worst.Several lights in the rooms were broken, but they were not repaired in time, so I felt sorry for my guests, and the staff did not answer the front desk phone call at all during the five days we stayed.I had to go to the front desk every time,Air conditioning was not available for use in individual rooms. There was no notice that it operates in a centrally controlled manner. The attached photo shows the morning breakfast. When I entered the restaurant after waiting in line for about 40 minutes, there was only cereal and milk, and the restaurant staff and hotel staff were fighting with each other as they could not resolve the situation.Habio is a good value hotel with many rooms, but it felt like it couldn't accommodate itself internally due to the recent influx of tourists. The employees all seemed tired in their own way, and when I saw that they were also full of frustration, it seemed like there was a big problem with the human resources system.I think this situation will definitely continue to happen for the time being during holidays and weekends when there may be a lot of group tourists.

While searching for hotels near Jamsil on the Internet, I made a reservation at Hotel Park Habio because the reviews were good. However, when I went there myself, the room was very small, and although the staff cleaned the room hard every day, there was dust all over the room. In particular, there were strange foreign substances all over the walls of the room I stayed in, which made me feel bad.And the bathroom shower booth smelled really bad.I don't think I'll come back and stay at this hotel again.I think the good reviews for this hotel were probably written by something like a review agency.

Huge hotels too many rooms but all small. The breakfast buffet is ridiculously poor. too many crowded people disorderly taking foods. One of young boy staff was not professional. Sep 15th Sunday morning. He asked me to move in front of him to ask a question while i was simply asking him where the breakfast restaurant was. and he also answering without even looking at me. I think this is an entire young generation issue in Korea. They lost attitude and goals together. I am very worried about the future of my home country.
