Very underrated hotel1. Complete facilities: desk, shampoo and bath products, hair dryer, towels, refrigerator, ice water, hot water kettle, instant coffee, induction cooker, in-room washing machine, TV, and even a flush toilet2. Convenient location: very close to Xincun Station, there are also many food, convenience stores, bus stops, etc. nearby3. Clean and tidy: someone will come to clean, change towels, and collect garbage every day4. Large indoor space: enough to open the suitcase

The location is good, there are many things to shop nearby, but the room is terrible, very dirty and old. The bathroom will accumulate water. The shower head is broken and leaking, and no response has been taken. It is better to pay a little more to find a better one.

I saw a lot of good reviews online, but there were also quite a few bad reviews, so I was a little worried at first, but luckily everything was fine. It’s not too far to take the bus from the airport to the hotel, and you don’t have to go up or down on the way. There are Olive Young, CU convenience stores, and emart nearby, which is very convenient.I sent my luggage first on the 14th floor. The staff had already registered my information and returned to Li to check in at 3 pm, but they couldn't find me to record. Finally, my colleague who was in quarantine saw me. Fortunately, everything was fine😅. However, the staff are all cool and may not be easy to communicate with foreigners🙈The room is big enough, it's not clean but it's manageable. Refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves are all available. The beds are a little soft, but they are large and the pillows are high enough. The toilet is a little too small, as if it is in front of a container 😂... The shower seat can easily let some water out, and the water pressure is not great. Hair dryers are all scumbags🙈💬HKD is about $700/night. I don’t know if it’s expensive to stay in Hongdae, but it’s big enough and clean enough.

Go somewhere else. I paid 100$ for a night and it’s totally not worth it.

I don't think it should be called a hotel.Worst place I've ever beenThe bathroom sink doesn't drain well. There is no bathtub and there is a shower curtain, but the space is too small. The bed was very uncomfortable, probably because it was a cheap mattress, and the frame creaked at the slightest movement, possibly because the screws were loose, so I couldn't sleep. There is no soundproofing at all, so you can hear people talking on the street. The air conditioner was so dirty that I couldn't tell when it was cleaned. No matter how much I think about it, I think motels are cheaper, cleaner, and better.

The only advantage of staying at this hotel is embedded in the name, it’s central to everywhere we wanted to be. This is not a touristy area, and the facilities reflect the local culture. …

The location is convenient. The air-conditioning and refrigerator are strong enough. There is a bakery next door on the first floor that can be used inside, and there are two supermarkets. There is also an emart at the station. The room is big enough for three people to fully organize their luggage. It is close to Hongdae and Myeongdong is also very close, which is very convenient for a trip focused on shopping.
