Good location and nice high-rise view and cost-effective! I received a special offer, booked a 2-night stay for business trip. The staff were nice. The interior of the room was comfortable, the room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. Amenities such as cute mini-sized body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are also available. Towels and robes are clean and smells good.Good location as just 5 min walk to the subway station and 10 min walk to Coex !!Waking up in the morning and having the good breakfast in the beautiful sunrise over the city though was the most inpressive. So far, it was still a good stay.๐

We had a room for 3 people. Queen bed and single bed.Very small room with very little room in bathroom.The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Very expensive too. Cold eggs sitting out for hours, no bacon or other western breakfast options.No food ingredient labels for allergies.Cereal with no milk etc.Roof top garden was lovely.View from roof was great.Easy walk to Metro and Coex Starfield mall. Buses outside hotel.Easy walk to Lotte fresh and restaurants.

This is advertised as 4 star but it is absolutely not 4 star standard. It is 3 star at best. However if you expect that, and get a good price, rooms are small but clean and functional, services are limited, room service has extremely limited options (2 main meals) and limited hours. Although there are things nearby. The main reason to stay here is close access to Coex convention centre and subway. But donโt expect the advertised 4 star.

We had lunch at the restaurant on the 24th floor. The meal was good, but it was lonely because there weren't too many people.

Nice place, food was same almost every day for breakfast, I had an instance where I heard my next door room neighbours were doing the dirty and apparently another firend on another floor said the same happened with them๐
