It was the only place for late check-in and was conveniently located. The staff were welcoming and there was even a record player! It was my first time hearing the album. Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water supply in the evening and no one was available. Perhaps the renovation work going on in our floors was the cause of the water problem. Even though we were two people and had separate beds, we were only provided with one toothbrush and no toothpaste. I could have asked for more, but I was exhausted after exploring and just wanted to rest.

The service is very good, and if you have any questions, you will get timely answers! Luggage can be stored, but there is no elevator, and it will be difficult to carry large luggage. If you live on a floor that is too high, you will be in trouble. The room is very clean, and even provides bathrobes and bottled water. However, the hot water bottle is shared in the corridor. The bathroom has a small amount of water and slow drainage. But overall, the room has been updated and it is quite comfortable to live in. The location is very lively, and there are many shopping streets nearby, but the location is difficult to find. If you use naver map, you can search for "Miki Gongganhyeon" address: 03146 Gwanhun-dong 106, Jongno-gu, Seoul

If you have any issues with this hotel they won't help you at all. The facilities are different from 3rd party websites like Agoda. I went 2x to speak to a manager and I was ghosted both times. Laughably terrible service.

We checked in by calling the number posted at the counter, transfer the payment online. The room is comfortable, clean, and smells good. There are tv with local channel, if you have netflix you can log in to your account. Room internet is great! Water in shower is refreshing with hot and cold mixing valve. Complete with toiletries like shampoo, soap, towels etc.You can have your coffee at the lobby, i hope they can put each room 1 electric water kettle.Juno is very near to Palace, Hanbok Village and Cultural Street store. Very ideal to stay if you are visiting Seoul.

I booked a double room here for 70,000 won per night, but they gave me a gosiwon-level room, so I asked for a refund, and the owner who refused to give me a refund is a very bad person.Don't book here.It is the height of shamelessness to call a place like this a hotel.

Coming from budget hotels in Vietnam, this hotel was blissful. We arrived late, coming from the freezing cold, and we were able to check in without speaking to anyone. Throughout our whole stay, we never saw staff but they left us a note with instructions for everything. The room was very warm and clean. The toiletries were also very nice and there were extra towels and water across from our room. We’d definitely stay again for a longer time, as we only spent the night for a layover.
