Daejeon Branch is conveniently located for access to landmarks such as the National Assembly Building, Yeouido Park, and The Hyundai, and we were able to stay peacefully. However, use is limited due to the restaurant closing around the weekend, and the view on Sunday morning is the Han River view of Full Gospel Church, where you can enjoy the glorious crowd.Due to its age, the guesthouse feels a bit outdated. There were few breakfast items, but each item was delicious. The staff is very friendly and I would like to stay again.

I don't know how it converges to 3.8. It seems like they just created the facility to achieve the 4-star minimum requirement. The door has an old-fashioned door that requires force to close, and the hotel rooms seem to have been mixed. The A/C is said to not be able to control the temperature. The TV isn't even OTT and the bedding is 4 star, so it's motel quality that can't be beat. The bathroom also appears to have been built just to meet the minimum requirements. There were so many people at breakfast that we had to wait an hour to get in, and there were 20 teams waiting, and they made us all wait in the lobby. I think if you at least make a reservation in advance by phone and provide guidance, you can wait comfortably in your room. Also, I think it would be right to mention that if there are many teams who have made reservations, there will be a lot of people the day before so you will have to wait.
