The hotel's rooms and bathrooms are quite large and comfortable, and it is an extra nice thing that the toilet is a Japanese toilet. As someone who uses glasses, the large labels on shampoo and soap in the shower make it easier.

It was definitely the hotel you need for a stay 😍😍. The staff was worthy of a 5 star for their services and availability. I don't understand why it doesn't have a 4th star, it deserves it much more than some places. All the employees of this establishment are to be congratulated

As everyone has said, in the shower room... there's only half the wall, but when you close the toilet door, the other half becomes visible. When using the shower room, if you use the toilet, you can see it completely.The bathroom floor gets wet every time the shower is opened and closed.We had a conversation using a translation app.Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.There was no toothbrush setUse what you brought.hotel'sYou can also go to the rooftop.There are 2 convenience stores.

Hair was scattered on the bed. When I use water in the bathroom, it somehow drips from under the sink and becomes flooded. The whole place was filthy. The cleaning staff also had a bad attitude. I can't recommend it.

Second-degree burn & noise issue.The hotel failed to alert the customers on the common-area iron instruction, and another guest kept the iron going (while not using it). While using the laundry facility, my hand got second-degree burned. This is the only iron this hotel has, and does not take proper care on alerting foreign guests how to use. I assumed when no one uses, this is not hot, and it was extremely hot.Noise proof on the hotel is almost non-existent. What's worse is the front desk not picking up the call for noise complaint. The neighboring room was excessively loud from midnight to 3AM, and no one from the front desk could pick up. They explained they might not be stand by in the middle of the night, which is different from their advertisement on 24/7 concierge. Misleading and lacking care for comfortable stay.

I stayed in a family room, a 4-person room. The overall feeling was good. The hot water in the bathroom was not hot or cold. The sound insulation of the room was slightly poor.
