I booked this hotel through booking.com and for some reason it won’t let me leave a review on there for the first time. So I wanted to let people know on here. Please don’t book. The beds are the worst I’ve used. You might as well sleep on the floor. There was also construction work going on outside from 10pm until 4am. When I asked the desk how long this was going on for I was asked to be patient. Then I asked to be moved rooms to one at the back. He said no and laughed.

The pictures on google or agoda are not what the current or real room condition is. Far from what is shownThe hotel looks brilliant from outside but seems to have been converted from an office building with all the aluminium framesThere was a hole palm size in the wall ROOM 304 beside the TV. The blanket had cigarette hole and first aid box was open and dirty. The lights need replacement as they are flickering.The mattress is hard and good size for 1 person although it is double bedThe positives was there is room service and toiletries are providedThe receptionist do not speak much of english but are welcomingIt is very close to 2 train lines and there is gs25 and local market all aroundFor me wasn’t a pleased experience

Spacious rooms with huge windows with a beautiful view.Cleaning excellent staff nice.Everything is nearby, from the bus stop on the corner, almost all attractions can be reached without having to transfer.The owner is very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend!!!

I stayed at LA Villa in Bulgwang-dong for three weeks in August-September of 2024, and it was an excellent experience overall.Bulgwang-dong is a fantastic out-of-touristy location, allowing you to enjoy the city like a local with amazing local eateries and nopo style restaurants.It's away from the crowds and centralized hustle and bustle of the Myeongdong areas but still offers great subway access via lines 3 and 6, which connect you to major stations like Gyeongbokgung and Insadong. This made it convenient for sightseeing around Seoul.The room was incredibly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a stunning view of the nights of Bulgwang. After a long day of exploring or sampling the nearby local eateries, I loved coming back to the relaxing bath. Also worth noting the air conditioning was a lifesaver during those hot summer days, working perfectly throughout my stay.One standout was the friendly and kind manager, who greeted us with warmth and care each day, adding a personal touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were also kept very clean, and the cleaning staff wereattentive yet respectful of my belongings.The only minor issue was that the mattress was quite firm, but after the first night, it felt normal and comfortable.Some local area notes: the nearby NC Mall is just a 7-minute walk away, and it has a great cinema on the 11th floor—a perfect spot to wind down after a busy day with some movies starting at 11pm2 mins from the hotel is a cu25 convivence store for those evening snacks and drinks.Just continue past this another 2minutes walking is a great 넙딱집 - Try the Galbi...you wont regret itOverall, I highly recommend LA Villa for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient stay in Seoul, with easy access to major attractions and a warm, welcoming environment.If asked if i would stay again, i would without hesitation.

Nice hotel with friendly staff especially the night receptionist:)Note: what they call "Netflix" is actually a Korean streaming service that requires payment to watch. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the city center, approximately 30 minutes by metro. Despite these drawbacks, it is a nice hotel overall. One thing to note is that if you leave your curtains open, pedestrians can see into your room.

Great hotel. Clean, sprecious rooms. The staff is very polite. The hotel provide everything, down to toothbrushes and combs. Good location. Walking distance to local market, NC shopping mall, Olive Young, lots of restaurant and coffee and tea houses. Highly recommend.
