I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from the reception everything was incredible, we arrived 4 hours earlier than expected and there was no problem. We were greeted with free breakfast (since the hotel has free breakfast from 7 am to 10:00 am). They told us that maybe they could have the room ready ahead of time and they did, the rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean, they give you shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, they also have a refrigerator with water, beer and some stakes. The hotel is very quiet, you never hear noise late at night. The hotel staff is very friendly and very attentive, they do everything possible to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay, even when you leave. The location is perfect, everything is close and you have a 7eleven in front which is perfect for when you are craving something. For all this I give it a 5 stars 🌟The tours offered by the hotel are affordable, free of animal abuse, and the tour guides are very friendly too.

Apart from the service and the location I can’t really understand why the reviews are so goodâ€Ķ maybe the rooms on the higher floor are better but we were put in the first floor and it was very disappointing. Our first room had a window that faced the main entrance hall and the room was noisy (a high pitch sound from the electricity and a low vibration from somewhere we couldn’t detect). It was so loud I couldn’t sleep so we asked to change rooms but they only had a family room on that floor l so we had to pay extra (I think they shouldn’t have charged extra as we paid for a room that night and it’s not our problem the only available room that was quiet was a family room). Anyway, that room wasn’t great either. There were cracks in the wall, it hadn’t been cleaned properly and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around. We initially booked for two nights but stayed one. They gave us a full refund for the second night, watched our bags for a few hours after check out and even lent us their umbrella. All that was much appreciated.

Very poor in maintenance, it has seen better times or other previous owners who would provide it with more quality. Currently the photos do not correspond to the reality you find. The pool water is totally cloudy every day, the pool and bar area is very dirty, they don't clean it.The room with the loose sink faucet, the towel rack tilted until the towel slides by itself, drill holes and chips on the walls, a broken safe, well, I'm not going to continue. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly.

Stayed two nights and decided to extend for the month of June. Superbly helpful front desk staff! Around the block is a park with a .35-mile walking/running path. 7-11 steps away, 24-hour laundromat next door. Old City temples a short walk away. Dozens of restaurants within half a mile. Used the pool to cool off after runs in the park or weightlifting in the gym I used 3/4 mile away. Mostly 5 stars for the front desk staff. Simple breakfast included (toast, pastries, coffee, juice, bananas). Room was quiet (finished my latest novel with no need for noise-canceling headphones. Housekeeping very attentive. No complaints! Would stay again.
