Last September 14-15, I booked via the tiket.com application. This was the first time I saw a hotel this dirty and in the end I didn't stay overnight. the room lights were off, the sheets had lots of stains, the bathroom smelled, the TV didn't turn on. does not match the description in the application. I really regret not looking at the reviews on Google first. I really didn't stay overnight yesterday and asked for a refund, but the hotel told me to contact tiket.com directly. After calling back and forth and waiting 14 working days, I only got compensation worth IDR 60 thousand. wow, what a joke!

I was forced to book a hotel here because all the hotels were sold out, after arriving it turned out that the room given was not like the photo where the room was not suitable for use, dirty, the lights didn't work. Dirty bathroom. The bed has lots of spots...I want to cancel, I can't, it's no use wasting money booking a hotel here

Bismillah, this is an honest review, not to bring down, but to improve the service that I really feel.1. The first time I entered the parking lot, it was starting to feel uncomfortable, there was a lot of rubbish and the grass was already high and it wasn't cleaned2. Entering the lobby is even more dusty as it hasn't been swept or mopped for a long time3. It took a long time for the receptionist to check the application, even though the application had already been applied, he just gave me the key4. The elevator is broken. Looking at the review, it turns out it's been broken for a long time without any repairs even though I got to the 3rd floor. I can imagine what it would be like to go up to the 3rd floor carrying a lot of stuff.5. While going up the stairs, I couldn't focus because I saw that the stairs were dirty and had been used a lot and there were a lot of termites, which made me scared, but I couldn't stand the smell of urine from the bathroom under the stairs, which disturbed my mind even more.6. When I got to the hotel room, my habit was to immediately check the bathroom, how shocked I was, how dirty the bathroom was, I couldn't express it in words, until I wore sandals to go to the bathroom, and what was even more shocking was that there was no water in the bathroom for ablution, I couldn't, I immediately complained and asked to leave. room7. In the end, I moved my room to the 2nd floor, the conditions weren't much different, but it got worse, there was water, but it was dirty, to the point where I gargled my mouth, I used mineral water, the TV didn't turn on, the AC was leaking so much that my husband put a rubbish bin under the drip so the water wouldn't get any worse. It's flooding but it's still flooding so hard the AC is leaking8. If anyone asks why not move, sis, the position won't be moved because it's a long holiday, so honestly it's hard to find accommodation anymore.So please ask Madinah Residence Solo to improve its services and facilities because your place is based on sharia and Islam also teaches cleanliness, which is part of our faith, consumers don't pay 1 or 2 silver, then I paid Rp. 337,337 for facilities which in my opinion are not worth the price and are not worth it

I've ordered via the application for 2 nights paid in FULL. From Bekasi, bring 6 toddlers too, arrive at the location at 1 am. How can you say ROOMS OUT??? Is the room that has been booked given to someone else? Doesn't make sense. Sharia accommodation but not trustworthy! Asking for a refund is very difficult. In fact, it looks like I'm begging for my money. Please look for another AMANAH place, guys

Crazy, the worst hotel in my life I stayed at a hotel, booked 2 rooms, but only stayed overnight. The elevator is dead, it smells of cigarettes, the water isn't flowing, I want to take a shower in the morning, do ablution, there's no water! I can't even defecate! Plans to go solo finally fell apart because I wasn't in the mood just yet. If you don't pay attention to crucial things like water, it's a loss to stay here. The itinerary includes mineral water, there are no toiletries. Towels are smelly and dusty. Don't come here anymore, KAPOK

This hotel is really very disappointing:1. One elevator broke down, without prior notification;2. Rooms are dirty, moldy and leaky;3. The bathroom is dirty, crusty, lots of cobwebs like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time;4. TV is broken;5. The AC is not cold.What is Management's response??? Even though many people have complained.So think again if you want to stay here next time...

The hotel is nice, the interior is also nice...But it's a shame the place is dirty.1. Dirty = As soon as you arrive at the parking lot, the view is like a mess of trash, the room is also really dirty, for those who are allergic to dust, get ready to sneeze... the pillows have lots of islands, the mattress has a lot of dirt and stains too... and the bathroom is no less dirty, the toilet alamaaak yellow² 🤐2. Minimal lighting = the lights are not bright, it's kind of awkward in the hallway, for those of me who are naive, I don't dare go out at night alone, I'm guaranteed to get goosebumps... but I don't know if the concept is like that... yes, even though in other hotels they usually use yellow lights, but here the climate is different3. AC = initially I was in room 784 with a double bed, but because the AC wasn't cold, I asked to move to room 775, but guys, it was downgraded to a single bed. can be turned on, the AC is also lacking.4. Service = not really good... you can only drink 2 small bottles of mineral water, other things like toothpaste, soap, coffee, etc. which are normal, you don't have them, even though you can get them at that price in other places, not here hehehe5. You can only check in at night around 9 o'clock, this hotel is not very well lit, it's a bit spooky when you look at itThe conditions in the building looked really gloomy and when you entered the room, the AC wasn't cold, the windows were left open, the sheets looked stained, the wallpaper was peeling off like it had never been looked after, the dim lights weren't bright at all...As a result, I immediately didn't stay overnight, immediately went downstairs and said goodbye again.It's okay, I'd rather lose than have to stay in a room like that.

The location is very strategic in the middle of Solo city. The service is very good. Input for owner. Please renovate the rooms better. The bathroom too. Then the blanket and also the bed cover. It's a shame if the guests don't want to come back. Honestly, this needs to be improved.
