If you no longer accept online payments, all online payment platforms such as Agoda and Oyo should be withdrawn or deleted, I feel sorry for those who have made online payments and their money is gone.

There are several hotels that only accept cash payments and don't use this application but there is this application and uses an auto-debit payment system so that customers who have ordered on the application cannot stay because the hotel feels they don't accept auto-debit payments. I feel cheated. Please follow up with the @agoda team or I will not use the application. And @POLISIRI please follow up on this fraud case. Experience using the Agoda application with the Meilias Cilacap hotel

Very disappointing, I have booked via online when I arrived at the hotel, it was rejected on the grounds that I could no longer book via the online application, only accepted offline, please to the hotel management, if it doesn't serve online, just remove it from all online based application services so that there won't be any next victim

*One cupboard door is broken*under the bed there are lots of tissues scattered around, dirty, lots of dirty cigarette butts.*The curtains are a bit worn and have been damaged but they can still hang up, the fan is running but the cover is gone.*the bed is making noise, the bottom is broken, the wood is peeling off, THIS BED NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!For a day's rental period of 135 thousand, you get facilities that don't really hurt, it's better to go to Reed Dorz for 150 a night and you get more facilities hahaha☕

CRITICAL!!! VERY UNSUITABLE FACILITIES. ORDERED A ROOM AC + TV + DOUBLE MATTRESS, instead they were given an empty room, only a floor mattress, only enough for 1 person. Ask the owner & guard for a refund for many reasons!!! Don't try to order the application here, it's very far from the facilities listed in the application and that's called FRAUD on the pretext that it hasn't been updated!!!
