It's not worth it, the room is not clean, the bathroom is dirty, the fan doesn't cool at all, the socket is limited, it can only use the TV and fan, it can't charge it let alone anything else. There are no doormats so everything is muddy. Noisy sounds from outside. With a price of 170 thousand for a type E room on weekends, it's not really worth it and you don't get bath soap or mineral water either. Please improve the service so that customers are comfortable if they want to transit there again, it's really, really disappointing

The experience of staying at the Bromo Indah Hotel was getting a very bad A3 room for 100k. The hot water was dead. The TV is also dead, there's no soap, there's no mineral water, the bathroom is dirty, lots of cigarette butts, there's no ashtray for cigarettes, but if it's for comfort, it's not enough, that's all, the point is, I'm a bit disappointed with the service provided.
