This place is suitable for transit and sales or short work visits and low budget, the place is a bit difficult to find from the street, it doesn't look like a hotel, the service is only at the front office, the rest is self-serve, including carrying things, so it's not suitable for those carrying a lot of things.

Haven't had time to stay overnight after making a reservation via the application but it turns out there is a problem with no rooms available. It's a shame that the male receptionist is very rude. Giving advice to wait until a time he doesn't know. Money could be lost if we cancel, he said, because of an error from the center.I immediately contacted the application where I ordered, and made sure the money was not lost,In fact, it's been a long time since I've stayed at a low budget hotel like this even though the price on the app is twice as expensive as the original.What can I do because there is a campaign for one of the candidates for empty rooms at Simpang Lima only at this hotel.Grateful to find another hotel in the same class because it was still empty and the service was friendly. even though it's far from the intersection. Because it's already 9 o'clock at night.

Overall this hotel is quite good, AC, water heater, TV function well. The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms. However, it is very unfortunate that the receptionist who was rude when asking about room availability made the service at this hotel seem bad. Please hotel employees to improve services to visitors.

Strategic location near culinary places and Simpang Lima.Firstly when I entered the room I was shocked because it was a bit dirty, maybe post-Covid or what not, I don't understand.And the place is a bit small in my opinion heheIt's just not bad that it's still in the city.Maybe next time it will be cleaned more so customers won't be disappointed. Sorry, I don't want to be insulting, but this is just from my personal experience.I don't know what the original price was, but when I booked, it was really expensive, 620,000, already in the same class as a 4 star hotel, but it was beyond expectations. Book via Traveloka. When we arrived the staff said it was full. But I didn't accept it because I didn't want to return the money. Finally I waited half an hour before the room was prepared. When I entered the room I was shocked, Kya like this it reached 600 thousand. The bed was not clean, there was a lot of hair falling out.The bathroom is dirty, there is a layer of slime or something.

First time trying a budget hotel, it turned out not bad. The rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the wifi is fast. I chose the double mattress. Even though the sheets had a few stains and the pillow was a bit high for sleeping, I could sleep. The downside is that the windows don't have locks. So don't leave valuables in the room. Given 2 bottles of drinking water. For the toilet, the hot water runs smoothly, the floor is slippery because it uses ceramic which I don't know what kind of slippery it is. Not for the bathroom. There is soap and toothpaste. The towels are clean, just a little dull. There are no rubbish bins in the toilets, only 1 outside. No toothbrush and shampoo. AC works well, cold. I want to check out later than 12.00 is allowed. So I checked out at 12.30.

This is the first time I've stayed here, via apk I got a room on the 3rd floor in the corner, the feel was really scary, there were no towels, mats, hot water and window curtains either, the AC was cold and the room was clean. Just if you're told to go back there and get the 3rd floor, just skip it π€£
