HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. When checking in, I was asked for more money because it didn't match the rates on Traveloka. Instead of being informed about my item, it became property and has not been returned until now!!! PLEASE RETURN MY ITEMS!

I have been a regular at this place since last year. Now this place has not collaborated with Oyo since the beginning of December. You can still order on the Agoda application but use the name Cozy Center directly to the hotel management. Hope you guys didn't get the wrong message.

When it was renovated, it was like that. The bathroom from afternoon to evening is still okay, in the morning I can't shower until CO. 😪The glass is still very dirty...

When I read the review, I was hesitant to click on this hotel, but because it's the only hotel for around 150 thousand around Simpang Lima... I chose it... when I entered, warm greetings and smiles from the employees, there was an elevator, got a room on the 4th floor, already used the door access card the room, the room is clean and smells good, there is a welcome drink too, the AC is cold, the hot water is working, the towels are soft and smell good, the bed cover is also clean and smells good... if there were 7 stars, give this hotel 7 stars. 150 thousand get something wow... like this "good quality, great price" top...

It's all bad... Starting from the TV being off, the AC not being cold enough & the parking being cramped... where the lift is off, you have to go up the stairs 4 floors + upright as well... Oyo's service. Price is 85 eh until the location adds another 66, it's better to pay for the dog, right? deal & everything is done, this time, stc minbajed + chasing time, got something like this, the staff is really indifferent, the anjir is not pretty, bad attitude too

NOT RECOMMENDED at all, when checking in you were still asked for 100,000 which doesn't really match the price stated in the application.The room is dirty, smelly, stuffy, the water smells bad, it's not clean, and what's worse, there are cockroaches, maybe it wasn't cleaned before!!!
