I stayed in a room overlooking the bus stop. I was generally happy with the room. The only thing that bothered me was not being able to wash my hands in the sink. Other than that, I did the cleaning myself, so it didn't bother me because it was small.The location is very good, there is a bus stop right in front of it, it is 800 meters by walking to Hongik Uni. stop number 3 of Line2, when you exit immediately, turn right and turn right again, you can reach the metro on a busy road, I would stay here again, there is a laundry and drying area on the top floor. When I need towels, etc., I get it right away. They gave me ramen, but I couldn't eat it because it contained pork. Water and coffee are free, there is a microwave and a kettle, there are towels, shampoo, toilet paper, shower gel, etc. in the room. In short, I would stay here again - Yeonnam dongta

Amazing value for a private room in Hongdae!I was amazed to find that you could get a private room in Hongdae for about the same price as a hostel! The room was nice and clean. It was very small, but has everything you need in it: bed, desk, shower, and toilet. The bathroom area is particularly narrow; Just wide enough to fit the toilet, so keep that in mind if you're a larger individual. I didn't meet one of the hosts, but his mother overseeing the building was there, who was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Every morning she cooks some sort of breakfast (and has a huge number of banchan), so you even get some home cooking in the low price. I loved it so much that I extended my stay here as long as possible for my trip!
