The owner of the house is kind and cordial at the beginning but she is really manipulative, too conservative and too strict, she raises the monthly payment every time she thinks of it and creates new rules when it suits her without even consulting her guests, and without them. Within the contract, the space is very small for the asking price, since at the same price you can find better places, I really do not recommend the place, if you want to be in Hongdae there are places but much better.

Friendly owner, close from the subway station, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean even though it is a shared bathroom. Free breakfast during the stay, and free wi-fi. Also close from mini market.
