The only advantage is that it is located in the Hongdae business district with convenient transportation. There are different code locks for luggage storage, door and room door on each floor. If you want to experience a parasitic upper-class semi-underground house, this place can satisfy your wishes, so it is best to find out in advance which floor you will live on (but it may change temporarily). There are only stairs, and carrying luggage is a laborious task. The bed is not big, so tall people should consider it. The room seemed clean, but there was dust on the bedside lamp or the public hair dryer, not to mention the silverfish on the floor of the room or in the bathroom due to moisture. Towels for consecutive stays were not replaced. The B&B manager will also stay with you, but he will not take the initiative to greet you. If you have any needs, you must call and ask during service hours.

The location is really good, very close to hongik university metro station. And the hongdae shopping street is nearby. The hostel was cute and peaceful. The room was in the basement. There was less sunlight and ventilation in the room. Only one toilet per floor but I didn't have any problem. Overall a good stay for budget Travel.

The entrance is a little hidden but there is GS25 on one side (to find your way) and on the other a shopping center and a metro station. The bathroom is shared. Access to the roof top is narrow. The beds are comfortable.

Dry dirty, the cleaning lady changes pillowcases and blanket covers on the floor which is filthy with foot steps prints and hair. No ventilation and the rooms small like sewage. Looks like they face a dumpster from the businesses next to it and it’s smells like garbage everywhere. Cheap but after taxes and fees becomes expensive for what they offer. Mattress is like rock, if you like to sleep in a hard surface, you will be ok, alternatively you’ll be in pain.

I booked it for the rooftop terrace, but the conclusion is that I don’t recommend it!First of all, the only advantage is that it is near Exit 7 of Hongdae. It is very convenient for shopping and there are also supermarkets nearby. There are many shortcomings. First of all, I was happy when I saw that the room was on the first floor, but I didn't expect that I still have to climb stairs and the porch is very small. The door is full of shoes and it is difficult to get in and out. Also, I can't go to the top floor terrace because I need the password for the upstairs. I'm a bit dumbfounded.Again, this is only open to girls, but there is only one toilet among the four rooms. The toilet is very small, and it also comes with the bathroom... The worst part is that the hot water only lasts for less than two minutes, and the cold water takes about six or seven minutes to turn on. It's hot, and it's very hot. It's really not ok. Staying for several nights in a row is a bit overwhelming.

The location is perfect, close to the subway and Hongda. However, because the wooden door is not very soundproof, it is easy to be woken up by roommates who come home late, but the room is very comfortable! I would still recommend it~

The location is great, right next to the subway line. The double room I stayed in on the third floor was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very hot when I stayed, but the air conditioning was sufficient. The cleanliness of the restroom on the third floor is average, with old stains visible, but the basement and second floor are relatively clean. The kitchen utensils and the rooftop are not clean enough. People with severe mysophobia do not recommend staying here.
