It's just that the sofa and round table are missing. I originally saw them. Our accommodation is in room 205. Is it another room on the second floor or in another building?

Quite close to Myungdong station, walk about 5 minutes but it's quite steep so it feels like it's far away even though it's only 400m away. The motel is an apartment so there is no receptionist, all guests do it themselves, entering their own password to open the door and check in and check out. There is no room cleaning every day. There is no elevator. The price is moderate, not too expensive but not cheap for a service like this.

About 10 minutes walk from Myeongdong subway exit 3. It is reasonably priced and has good access as a tourist base. You can go to many places by subway. In addition, the owner provides a service where you can consult on LINE. This was really helpful. I was able to relieve my anxiety.

The rooms are clean and functional and you even have a washing machine! Don’t expect anything fancy but it is a good option for travelers who want to see a lot of Seoul. Would definitely stay there again!

Ideal location, truly in the center of Seoul. Rather quiet alley but the walls really don't insulate, so much so that they provide earplugs on the 2nd floor. Where you are supposed to leave your suitcases, very unsafe.Housekeeping is very questionable. I asked for a broom and a mop to do it myself, I was told to buy some. So, I cleaned up with their towels which are available. No replacement trash bags for 10 days. We only had it the last 4 days.There are no blackout curtains.The studio we had was poorly arranged for the bed, pillow on the slats, and from the first rays, you can only wake up. The mattress is not the size of the box spring.There is no equipment, no cups, spoons or anything else even though they specify that they provide a kettle.The photos of the hotel's sales advertisements are no longer up to date, as often, they were taken at the creation, now, it is in poor condition, walls, household appliances, damaged, aging. Too bad it’s very, very well placed.

Cost performance for people who just sleep over and advanced travelers ◎The location is very good.About 5 minutes walk from Myeong-dong Station in the opposite direction of the downtown area.I'm happy to be able to play in Myeong-dong and then go home.・With unmanned check-in, the room PIN number (password) is exchanged via email.・The room was surprisingly spacious and the area around the bed was clean.・A drum-type washing machine and ondol are also included. However, there are no explanations in English or Japanese, so if you don't understand Korean, I recommend using an image translation tool.-The TV in my room was broken and wouldn't turn on.・There was no hair dryer in the room, so I went to a nearby spa for the first night, and contacted the hotel for the second night to have it delivered.-Soundproofing is poor, so you can hear the people next door. (I had earplugs so it was fine)With this location and price, I think people who value location will be satisfied.When I stayed there, it was cheaper than other guesthouses and dormitories in Myeongdong. I felt that the price was low as it was a separate room where privacy was protected.However, since there is no service like a normal hotel, I think this hotel is for advanced users who can contact and solve problems themselves.
