I visited for my wedding anniversary. I didn't even mention it, but the staff asked me what I needed, and when I told them, they happily bought a cake and champagne for me that they couldn't prepare and even set it up for me.I was so touched that you were so kind~ The room was nice and even my wife was very satisfied. Thanks to you, I had a great anniversary~ See you again~

Uh suits hospitality has been upto mark. Peter and Harry were very welcoming.The room was very cozy with beautiful room view. Also it's compact and cute for couples.Recommend this property for korean experience and vibe.

Spent 4 nights here with my family and we booked 2 suites - one that could fit 4 pax, and another that fit 6 pax. What we enjoyed was the fuss free check in and location - it’s super convenient and surrounded by shops, yet because it’s tucked away on a side road it’s not as overwhelming. There’s also a 7/11 nearby which is convenient. We could communicate with the reception via WhatsApp which was really useful and they were always prompt at replying to my messagesThe beds were comfy but we thought that the suites smelt a little musky and damp in general - it might be because the floor is carpeted and there’s a big bathtub in the middle with limited ventilation. The rooms were overall relatively clean but not spotless. The cupboards also felt a little dusty. What could be improved on would be security as there’s no gantry that blocks outsiders from entering, and the front doors also don’t have any peepholes so you can’t see who’s outsideRegardless, would definitely consider staying here again in future especially for the location

The location is perfect. It’s near Myeongdong night market and other stores. It’s also near a bus station and a metro station. The rooms are quite cozy for its price. Recommended if you’re a group of 4 people.

Billy was the front desk reception and speaks perfect English . He was very helpful in every single way , in terms of making reservations , calling taxi , I was able to connect with him through Wechat app .The location of this hotel is the perfect spot at Myeongdong. You can never shop enough at this busy area . There are all kinds of foods and shopping places u can shop till they close around 10pm. Would def consider coming back to this hotel again if I’m coming to this Seoul again.
