Good place to stay for the price, and super easy to find. The shared bathroom was very clean! Happy with my stayThere is a residential cat that hangs in the check in area (communal space) in case you’re allergic.

Pros: the location is near two subway lines and close to restaurants and neighborhoods that are nice. There is an elevator. Price is low for Seoul.Cons: Mostly there is no host and no response to texts or email. Over a 6 night stay, garbage was emptied once. Kitchen is very messy. The beds are 5 cm thick soft foam. The bones of my hips and ribs ached from the hard floor underneath & I couldn't sleep. There is a cat (I am allergic). The floors seem clean, but I stepped on a tiny piece of copper wire that was caught in my foot for three days (someone's art project?).The place gives the impression of a dormitory expanded to hold extra people for as little money as possible. The owners have zero interest in actually being hosts, just profits.

The location is good because it is close to Hwanghak-dong Market and Seoul Central Market. It is a guest house, but it is not divided into bunk beds, but rather a space made of wood like a small room, so it was comfortable for 8 people from 2 families to use.The 8-person room had one bathroom, so I used the 10-person room with 2 bathrooms.The cleaning condition was ok. I brought wet wipes and used them to start cleaning around the bed mat and the floor. There was a lot of hair. The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was good.

Right in the middle of a fascinating area of flea markets and road side markets and used electronics piled head high. The riverside walk is very good as well.The dorm rooms need some attention like better screens or curtains especially the upper level ones.Priced too high you can get a proper room for these prices. Nice shared kitchen area and dining room.
