There is no effort to insulate the room from all the small insects and lizards outside. The bathroom windws don't insulate it and lizards crawl through all the time. Next to the bed is a door that leads to the pool that also doesn't insulate the outside. In 3 nights i cought 7 lizards. I'm 100% they crawled around when we slept because we see their shit all over our stuff and on the tables later when we wake up. We hear their voices all the time in the bedroom and bathroom. I'm 100% there are at least 6 hiding when we left. There are also 10s of spiders. The place is just poorly insulated bugs amd lizards will definitely crawl next to you in bed when you're sleeping. The place was filled with bugs and lizards hiding before we checked in.

For the first time in many years, I felt like I was truly resting my mind. There are a lot of activities to do and it's a lot of fun. Delicious food, quality ingredients Complete in one place Not far from Chiang Mai city. Go to the center in less than 15 minutes. Lovely staff, very well taken care of.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this resort. The room was very clean, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was also very polite and considerate, always willing to help. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Premium hotels There are complete amenities, private, peaceful, very comfortable to rest. The restaurant has a variety of food to choose from. Plus there are many activities to do in the accommodation. Really just going to relax. Drinking in the atmosphere is worth it.

We chose to stay at Thantara resort on the first day of our trip to Chiang Mai. My sister and I both had a great experience and a deep impression! The staff were friendly and talkative. One of the beautiful staff(don’t know her name😭)introduced the room and recommended us to go to a shopping mall when we entered the city.We were greeted while walking on the road, which made me feel extremely warm. The facilities in the park are very complete, the room is very spacious, and the scenery is beautiful. I think this is the best place I have ever slept in. The most comfortable night. There are also very cute and friendly cats in the park! All in all, I really like it here! I will definitely come back next time! Thank you for giving us such good travel memories.❤️

We stayed at Thantara resort for 3 nights, and while the property itself is nice, our experience fell short. Upon checkout, we were charged 5,000 baht for having durian in the room, something we weren’t told about when checking in. There was a small sign, but it wasn’t noticeable. For such a significant fee, this policy should have been made clear upfront.Additionally, the staff forgot to return our credit card at checkout, and we had to drive back after receiving an email 30 minutes later. Given the cost of staying here, the service and communication did not meet expectations. Be aware of these issues if you plan to stay.When checking in, I asked if I could eat outside and was told that I could. At that time, I never heard that durian and mangosteen were not allowed. I ate durian on the terrace without thinking much about it. However, they charged 5,000 baht when checking out - they said there was only a sign on the desk. Please be careful as it is so hard to see that I couldn't see it for 3 days. I think it is right to clearly inform you of these important regulations at check-in.Also, the staff forgot to return my credit card when checking out, so I received an email message 30 minutes later and had to go back to the hotel. Please refer to this when making a reservation.

Beautiful resort at a good price, breakfast is a bit simple, if your room not included can skip. Flowding breakfast until 2PM.BBQ in villa is another good choice. Staff super friendly and helpful. Thanks so very much for the Bday decorations, surely come back again.Special thanks to Mr.Mickey (private tour)took us to many temples and hot springs.

We stayed for 4 nights and on the first night there was a problem with the water not being hot. We reported it to the front desk staff and waited for 20 minutes before someone came over to check and then told us that we had to wait because too many guests were using hot water at the same time. It would take 45 minutes before there would be hot water. 45 minutes later, the front desk called to ask if there was hot water. Please go and test it and then hung up the phone. After testing, there was still no hot water. We waited for an hour to take a hot bath. The service staff was rude. There was no apology or compensation after the positive. The next morning I used the sink and the water was very small and not hot. After leaving the house at 9:30 in the morning, we asked the service staff to clean the room for us. When we came back at 3:00 in the afternoon, the room was still there. After the cleaning was not done, the cleaning staff told the service staff to clean our room just like we were leaving on the third day because we simply tidied it up. After returning to the room, they simply tidied up the cigarette ash and garbage on the balcony. The toilet paper was still on the sink and the toilet paper was not replenished, so the mirror was also stained with water. It was not wiped but the towels were changed and the cleaning was so casual on the fourth day. The location of this hotel is in the suburbs and the transportation is not convenient. You need to rent a car or take a car. The scenery of this resort is good and the room is large, but the overall service is not worth the price. This is not I highly recommend this hotel to the standard of a five-star hotel.

Very quiet and beautiful, with quality and first-class enjoyment! The service staff are very polite, but there are not many restaurants. The focus of the resort is not food, so breakfast is very simple!

We are guests that expected high quality, i have no idea why anyone give less than 5 stars. This place is awesome. I have seen comments like out of center (check the map, yes, there is no noise from the city and use grab for a few bath to be in a center and back), shooting (I have heart a few shots and it was not disturbing). Overall, beautiful villas, awesome and kind staff, tasty breakfast, bikes to travel around. Thank you so much for a service!

The service is very good, the staff are polite, and most of them can communicate in English. There is an uncle on the night shift who is very talkative and gave a lot of sightseeing suggestions.The hotel is located away from the city center, so it will be troublesome if you don't have a car. There are few facilities in the park and it would be better if more facilities are developed. There are also many small insect corpses in swimming pools. I understand that it is difficult to completely eliminate them in the suburbs, but it should be possible to solve them.The breakfast is average, but the dinner room service meals are good! There are surprises.

My memories here remained good ones. A great place to come with family. Although it was a bit isolated, it was nice to enjoy nature and it was quiet. The Rice Cafe across the street was also pretty good. I really recommend this accommodation.

Pros:- Unique touch with bikes provided for each villa, allowing guests to ride around and enjoy the surroundings.- Friendly staff.Cons:- Early check-in and late check-out were not accommodated despite empty villas.- In-villa dining was average.- Unresponsive staff on the main communication platform, WhatsApp.- Scheduled early buggy pick-up that didn’t show & we chose to cycle out instead.- Noise from “gunshots” from rice field/farm area.- Limited gym equipment (1 treadmill, 1 elliptical machine, 1 cycling machine, 1 set of dumbbells).- TV in the villa only had mainstream channels (no smart TV).- many insects in the pool.Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to a 5-star standard for us.

Stay here and you won't be disappointed. Going to Chiang Mai Must sleep here. Recommend 👍😊 I like the quiet, peaceful, warm atmosphere. It's most suitable for relaxing and recharging your batteries. Wake up early to see the natural view. Very private Cycling for fun Go for a relaxing massage, soak in the pool and large bathtub. The place is very spacious. Sleeping here feels really relaxing.

Every villa is private, beautiful, clean, truly suitable for relaxation. The view is very beautiful, especially during the rainy season. An activity you can't miss is eating grilled pork and watching the sunset. and relaxing massages at Tara spa in the resort. Food and drinks at Rinn bar are delicious and have a variety of menus. You can ride a bicycle for fun around the resort. There are many beautiful photo corners and the staff are lovely. Everyone is friendly. I'm very impressed.
