The hotel is good, clean and quiet despite being under renovation. The shower could be improved because very little water comes out and the bed is a little uncomfortable, but in general it is acceptable. The food is quite good and at a good price and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly but no one speaks English well, so communication with foreigners is complicated and confusing.They rented us a motorcycle that did not work well (it stopped four times in the middle of the road and the engine light came on. The motorcycle ran out of power and stopped working). We lost the entire morning because of this problem. When we tried to explain it to the hotel staff we couldn't understand each other because no one speaks or understands English and they insisted that nothing was happening, as if they were our imaginations.In conclusion: it is not bad in general, but it can be greatly improved.

Hotel in Basenbun, with comfortable stay, very calm and peaceful. It's just that when I was staying, I was being rehabbed and the car when parked was nudged by a road user... even though in the end the nudge was responsible.

Rooms are okay, service is okay, location is also okayBut I don't know if I'm the unlucky one or whatYou want to come here to be quiet but it's noisy..I woke up at 3 o'clock because there was so much noise outside the room, I don't know what I was doing...The smell of cigarettes came into the room..Coincidentally got a room downstairs next to the restaurantI don't know what event there was after but I swear I was really disturbed, the receptionist's phone call didn't change...I'm really disappointed that when I need to rest for hours to be calm and comfortable, I'm actually disturbed...
