Damn it, the employees weren't honest when they offered promos but didn't explain what the minuses were in the rooms.When I complained, the answer was because of the promo, so I was given a room minus the facilities. I swear it's funny if I'm honest from the start I would have canceled it from the start. It's like this cheating me, the TV doesn't work, the bed smells, the shower doesn't work, the water that comes out is brown and the tap.I hope the owner sees my review, because the employees are not friendly.

Feel differentiated when you order via the application. For breakfast it's pretty good even though there aren't many choices. The toilet feels uncomfortable when you close the door because there is no air circulation in the bathroom. There are no TV broadcasts 😑, the AC is not cold. Overall I give 70/100. thank you.

The rooms are spacious, the facilities are quite complete, just because you order via the application, there are several facilities you don't get, namely room service, wifi and breakfast. The rest is okay, maybe just a little information because yesterday we arrived a little late, the plan was to confirm but there was no hotel number available that could be contacted so tried calling the number on gmap here, it turned out to be a scammer's number, so for other visitors, be careful and Never contact the numbers listed on gmap here, because they are all scam numbers.

Rooms are okay, location is okay in the city center, service is decent. Everything is okay, why do we give 4 stars instead of 5 stars? Because there is a little that still needs to be fixed or improved in our opinion. There are exactly 2 points, namely:1. There is no bolster, we are people who are uncomfortable if we sleep without a bolster. 😁2. There is no breakfast, even though I think this is really mandatory for this class of hotel.This is how we can share information and input both with travelers and hotel management.
